Story
My aunt adopted him without knowing much of his background history. He needs a lot of play time my aunt doesn’t have the strength and time she did her best. She is getting him neutered before giving him away. We found out he has chicken allergies as well. So no chicken at all and grain free diet as well. He is super sweet and loving but he does need somewhat of obedience training. My aunt feels bad and really did all she could so I’m helping her rehome him. I think if he had a backyard to run around that is safe and contained it would be great for him to get out his energy.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Courtesy Listing, so ARRF does not know this dog personally. You need to contact FCIA with any questions or to meet her. Lucy is a 5-year-old Schnauzer mix; she is a happy girl who seems to do well with most dogs; she can get a little excited around cats. Lucy loves to get out and explore but will need a little training to perfect her leash manners, Lucy is doing well with potty training at her foster home. She is recovering from a spay and a uti, and has just had a dental. She will need to have a secure yard. Lucy cannot be adopted out of state. If you are interested in adopting Lucy, please contact FCIAadoptions@aol.com.

Story
The aptly named Scruffy is an adorable boy! He is around 3 years old and we believe he is a Terrier and Schnauzer mix. He was found with Woodstock and is good with other dogs once he properly meets them. He has good leash manners and is very friendly with people. He is a great smaller size. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Scruffy, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
