Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 Meet Ash💗 • With People: Needs time to warm up to strangers! She tends to shy away and tremble but stays calm when petted. With familiar people, she wags her tail and even relaxes comfortably by their side. • With Dogs: Enjoys slow introductions with new dogs. If another dog shows signs of discomfort, Ash also expresses unease. With familiar dog friends, she naturally approaches and greets them. She prefers spending time alone over playing actively with other dogs. • With Cats: Shows a strong interest in cats while walking. • Separation Anxiety: Whines when her guardian prepares to leave. When left alone for about five hours, she tends to scratch at doors and tries to get past safety gates. • House Training: Fully outdoor potty trained. She goes on walks 2-3 times a day for bathroom breaks. • Walking: Walks well without pulling! She may pull slightly when crossing streets but adjusts to her guardian’s pace. • Grooming: Stays calm during baths! Initially resists tooth brushing but remains still once it begins. • Car Sickness: Gets nervous in cars, trembling and panting. She is slowly adjusting and improving over time. 💌Special Notes💌 • A smart pup who has mastered “Sit, Paw, Lie Down, and Stay”! • Startles easily due to her timid nature, especially with sudden movements or approaches. She is fine with radio or audio sounds but finds TV noises a bit scary. • A gentle and cautious personality. Though shy, she is gradually opening up and expressing herself more. • Currently undergoing kennel training—she now sleeps and eats treats inside her kennel. ❗Health Status❗ • Spayed: Yes • Other: Microchipped, scheduled for heartworm recheck in June 2025. 🧡 Foster's Instagram: @ash__wad

Story
Lucas is a 3-month-old Chihuahua, Terrier, and Pug mix who is full of life and bursting with energy. He’s happy, playful, and loves to keep busy! Lucas spends his days playing with other dogs, running around, and having fun with his toys. He’s a little bundle of joy who brings smiles wherever he goes.Lucas would thrive in an active home with other pets, whether they’re dogs or cats, and he’s great with kids who enjoy playing as much as he does. His ideal family is one that can match his energy and offer him plenty of love, patience, and attention.A home where Lucas would be left alone for long periods or with less active owners wouldn’t be the best fit. This little guy needs someone who can keep up with his playful spirit and give him the time and affection he deserves.Rescued alongside his three siblings, Lucas has been given a second chance at life and is ready to find his forever family. He’s a healthy, happy puppy who loves to play all day and sleep through the night. Lucas knows how to come when called and is already learning to fetch and return toys.If you’re looking for a fun-loving puppy who will fill your home with joy and laughter, Lucas is the perfect match for you! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Huxley came to us with his girlfriend Haven a couple of weeks after we took in their 2 baby girls.  Their owner left the country and a family member took them in.  Soon after they realized Haven was pregnant so they kept them until the puppies were ready for homes.  They couldn't keep them permanently because they already had dogs of their own.  So now it's Huxley's turn to find a permanent family that will make his next home his last home.   He's a nice boy and great size at 34 pounds.  Not too small and not too big.  He is house trained and been a nice guest in his foster home.  He was never crate trained and doesn't appreciate being in a crate, not for long anyways (he messed up a crate door to escape when he first arrived).  We are requiring a securely fenced yard for this guy so he can safely explore his yard while out on potty breaks or hanging out with you outside.     Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 28, 2025, 2:32 pm

Story
Meet Cullen! This 1-year-old, 19-pound schnoodle was found as a stray, but he’s already winning hearts with his fun, happy personality and undeniable cuteness! He’s full of playful energy and loves being around people. Right now, Cullen can be a little picky with his dog friends—he’s still settling in and figuring out who he can trust. We’re hopeful that now that he’s safe, loved, and neutered, he’ll start to relax and show his full sweet side. Cullen is a total charmer ready for a fresh start in a home that will give him the love and security he deserves!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. Story
I’m a male Cairn Terrier mix with short little legs, a fluffy coat, and a soft heart that’s slowly learning how to heal. I weigh about 8 kg, and though I may look small, I carry a quiet strength inside me. My past wasn’t kind. I spent years tied up and mistreated by the person who was supposed to care for me. Because of that, I’m still learning what it means to feel safe and loved. I’m not the kind of dog who runs up to greet you right away—in fact, I can be very shy at first. When I’m unsure, I might back away or avoid being touched, and I may not let you pet me right away. But if you give me time, space, and gentle patience… I will start to trust you. And when I do trust you—truly trust you—I’ll come to you on my own, ready for affection, ready to show my love. It just takes time. Once I open my heart, I become incredibly affectionate and will stay by your side like I’ve always belonged there. I get along well with other dogs and enjoy their company. I’m quiet, rarely bark, and I have a sweet, calming presence that makes me a comforting companion. If you already have another pup, I’d probably love the friendship. One thing to know about me: because I lived so long tied up, I feel calmer and safer when I have a collar or leash on, especially in new places or when meeting new people. It helps me feel more grounded, and I tend to be more gentle and composed in those moments. Also, please don’t give me places to hide. If there’s a table or small corner, I’ll likely curl up there and stay hidden. It’s just how I learned to protect myself. But if the space is open and cozy, I’ll slowly start choosing to be near you instead. I was neutered later in life, so I sometimes mark indoors, but this should get better as I adjust to a new routine. I’m still working on outdoor potty training, but I enjoy my walks and want to keep learning. With consistency and love, I know I’ll keep improving. What I really need is someone who understands that love doesn’t always look like tail wags and face kisses right away. Sometimes, love looks like quiet trust. Like sitting nearby. Like slowly walking toward you instead of away. Like the day I finally choose your lap over the safety of a corner. If you're patient, kind, and have a gentle heart, I promise I’ll meet you there—and you’ll get to watch me grow into the loving, loyal dog I was always meant to be. Could you be the one to give me the safe, forever home I’ve always dreamed of? With hope, Hope 🐶
