Cosmo was adopted form the humane society 7 years ago. He was super skinny and had been living on bugs. He instantly fit into our home. The two cats got along famously until one year ago after the other cat had surgery. Since then they fight, and Cosmo blocks the other cat from the litter box. He is very social....greets me at the door and like to lap sit and snuggle. He like to look out the window and lay in the sunny spot on the floor. He has been declawed in the front and has been to the vet regularly. He is my favorite, but will be easier to rehome than the other cat. I can provide you with a cat tree, bed and autofeeder. I think he will do best in a single pet home. I would also prefer someone local. Please reach out with any questions.

Daughter has had him since he was a kitten. She moved into an apartment that doesn't allow for pets. We tried to take him into our home but we have another cat and two dogs that bully him regularly. He retreats and hides from them. Currently he has to stay in a single room in our house to avoid being tormented which can't be fun for him. (Update) We attempted to integrate him again and we thought we were making headway. We had about a month where everyone seemed to be getting along but it is now back to everyone bullying him, so we are back to the drawing board hoping to find him a happy, safe space.

We found Rocky when he was just a kitten in the middle of a Target parking lot. He was all alone, skinny, scared, and needed a home. Our family took him in and named him Rocky because his tuxedo coloring makes him look like he’s wearing gloves. He is now 11 years old and still the incredibly sweet cat we fell in love with. Rocky is very cuddly, friendly, talkative, shy, and gentle. He loves cuddly attention and seeks out people to snuggle with throughout the day (first always brushing up on your legs). He can tend to be shy at first, but opens up quickly when he realizes he can get some love and attention from you. Although we wish we could keep him, my brother and I are going away to college and our Mom is starting travel nursing. We are looking for a loving home for Rocky to go to that primarily has a calm environment for him. He is also completely an indoor cat.
