Story
Meet Chicory 🩷 Chicory is a sweet, sensitive cat looking for a quiet adult-only home where she can thrive. We’ve had her since she was a kitten, and this is an incredibly difficult decision, but we want what’s best for her. She is shy at first and may need a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she is affectionate, loyal, and loves being near her people. Chicory does best in a calm environment with a predictable routine. She has not adjusted well to living with a young child and becomes stressed by loud noises and a busy household. She would likely be happiest as the only pet, as she tends to step back and let other animals take the spotlight. Chicory has always been a naturally anxious and sensitive cat. We are hoping to find her a peaceful home where she can feel safe, comfortable, and loved. A small rehoming fee applies to help ensure she goes to a committed, loving home. Please reach out if you think you may be a good fit for Chicory.

Story
Marbles is 8 years old and looking for a new home. He has done well living with another cat, a chocolate lab, and kids in the house. He loves to sit on laps and is quick to purr. He has no health issues, but unfortunately he causes them in my son who is allergic to him. He has been mainly an indoor cat because that is what he prefers.

Story
He is 3 years old. We got him from a friend 3 years ago. He’s very loving and enjoys affection on his own terms. He’s independent and likes spending time outdoors but comes home to eat and sleep. He’s neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. He would do best in a quieter home and may prefer not to live with very playful young cats

Story
We're looking for a loving forever home for our sweet cat, Kit. We took her in about two years ago to temporarily foster her for a family friend who was moving, but after they relocated, we were unable to contact them again. Unfortunately, due to strict property management policies, we can no longer keep her. Kit is an incredibly kind, gentle, and affectionate cat. She loves people, does wonderful with children (even babies), and has never shown aggression. She can be shy around other animals and may hide at first, but she's always calm and sweet. She's also very clean and simply prefers a well-maintained litter box. In two years, she's only had two accidents, both during weeks when we were working long hours and couldn't keep up with cleaning it as usual. Our son is heartbroken to say goodbye, and we hope to find Kit a loving family where she'll be cherished as much as she has been with us.

Story
Amber is the best behaved cat I have ever seen. She loves when kids come over for playdates, and she lets everyone pet her. In the two years she has been with us, she has never had a single litter box accident. There was one time when I took her litter box outside to clean it and forgot to put it back. The next morning, I found that she had pooped inside her food container and used her cat food to cover it up... I felt so guilty, but I was also deeply impressed by her good manners! Most of the time, Amber is quiet and enjoys playing by herself, but she loves coming up to show you new toys she uncovers from hidden corners around the house. I could tell a hundred more cute and funny stories about her, and she has truly become an important member of our family. Unfortunately, we are moving overseas soon, and bringing her with us simply isn't feasible. The best thing I can do for her now is to find a warm, loving home with kind owners who will treasure her just as much as I do.

Story
Barry’s original owner lost his housing and wasn’t able to care for him. We’ve taken Barry in but unfortunately one of our cats is a jerk and it’s stressing everyone out. Barry is sweet, loving and quiet. He is timid at first but then becomes your best friend. He is neutered (he was adopted from Humane Society of Missouri last year) and was current on his shots but I do not have any paperwork or any more information. He’s a large, sleek tabby with a MaineCoon tail. He is gorgeous with the softest fur. All that stature but has the tiniest little meow. He is an adult - guessing around 3 years old. He does great with other cats (or he’d be great on his own) but we’ve never had him around dogs. He has been indoor only with us. He is a low maintenance dude - no food drama (he eats wet and dry) and uses a litter robot and an auto feeder with no problem.

Story
Smokey is an amazing, 8 year old, declawed cat. She is litter box trained. She gets along well with other cats, dogs and all ages of people. She is affectionate and warm but also prefers time to herself so she is not high maintenance. She is up to date on vaccinations but not microchipped. We acquired Smokey through a friend at work when she was just a kitten. Due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances we have to rehome her as soon as possible. We hope to find a place for Smokey to live happily and safely, as she deserves the very best.

Story
Midnight is a fantastic 2 year old furry companion. She is up to date on vaccinations but not microchipped. We rescued her from an outdoor home environment where she would have essentially become a stray. Midnight is soft, playful, loving, funny and easy to be around. She is very vocal and likes to "talk" to you throughout the day. She is not declawed but is not destructive at all. She enjoys snuggles and staring outdoors. Midnight gets along well with other cats, dogs, and people of all ages. Due to unforeseen circumstances we have to rehome Midnight as soon as possible.
