When he first arrived, he wasn’t quite sure what to think about people—but with a little time, patience, and kindness, Alexander has come a long way and has decided that humans are actually pretty great.Now, this sweet boy is learning to enjoy attention and is blossoming more every day. Meet Clawdia! 🐾If there were an award for the cat who has come the farthest, Clawdia would surely take first prize! 🏆When this 6-month-old girl first arrived at the shelter, she was an angry, hissy, spitting little ball of fur. Clawdia knew what she was about, and no amount of sweet talk from humans was going to convince her otherwise! 😂Fast forward three months, and look at her now! Clawdia still isn't quite ready to climb into your lap, but she will happily greet you at her cage door, especially if you come bearing some of her favorite treats! And if there's a wand toy involved, count her in! She LOVES to play, and we do our best to keep her entertained with plenty of wand-toy fun.Clawdia has made incredible progress, and we think once she has the time and patience to settle into a home of her own, she is going to make someone a wonderful cat. ❤️She's proof that sometimes the shyest, sassiest cats just need a little time to show you who they really are.
