Olive (2 years old) is a loving cat who truly craves attention, and we worry that we are not fully able to meet her needs - especially with a baby on the way and increased work travel requirements. She gets along well with our dog and is up to date on all of her vaccinations. We are hoping there may be an individual or family who would be a better fit and can give her the time and attention she deserves. She is a wonderful cat, and it will be very hard for us to part ways, but we truly feel this is what's best for her if we can find the right home.

This is Meeko. Named after the “mischievous” raccoon we all know and love from Pocahontas, this little ball of energy lives up to his name- little mischief. He is roughly 2-3 years old and is the biggest cuddle bug! He has had his shots and is neutered. Unfortunately Mr. Meeko had to undergo surgery recently that leaves him needing to be treated with a special diet for the rest of his life, along with a low stress environment, or risk a flare up occurring. Due to these conditions, I can no longer provide the best home and care for him, as I have small children that create added stressors for him. I would love to be able to find him a loving forever home.

This is Thor, he is one of those cats that loves to be in doors but enjoys the outdoors even more. He is playful, lots of character and lots of love. He enjoys cuddles and he will come when called. If you tell him up and pat your shoulder, he will jump up on it and wrap around the back of your next for hugs. He needs a home that will allow him to have the freedom of going outside once he knows his surroundings. Thor had to have a large amount of his right paw removed because he got it caught in a snare trap set out by our neighbor. Thor has adapted to his handicap and is fully capable of anything any other cat can do. He is very verbal when he wants his way. He will get along with other cats and dogs once he is comfortable with them and has had a chance to bond with them.

Story
Charlotte is a very sweet and friendly cat once she gets to know you. She’s from a shelter and I’ve had her for 3 years, but was previously in a home that frightened her greatly. She’s very skittish and doesn’t play well with others, which leaves her stressed with my other cat constantly around. But otherwise she is very sweet, and I want a home that can treat her with the calm patience and attention I have been failing to give her. She is perfectly happy with any activity, whether that is sitting and watching TV or chasing around toys, so I’m sure you’ll find a very good companion in her. She has some respiratory issues that aren’t helped by her hissing at my other cat, but it improves when she is not stressed. I hope you can give her a new home.
