Story
Dusty is a beautiful one-year old male tabby and is very gentle and sweet. When my friend asked us to take him in two weeks ago, he was taken from an elderly couple who could no longer care for him. She said he'd have to go to a shelter otherwise, so my son volunteered to take him. Unfortunately, we quickly realized we are allergic and though we have tried medications, a family member is now using a rescue inhaler every time he is around Dusty, so we aren't able to keep him. Dusty was not neutered and doesn't have his immunizations. However, he has only ever been an indoor cat and is very healthy and clean. He loves to play and get cuddles. He is an easygoing cat who I think would be good with children, with another cat, or be a good companion. I honestly think he is the perfect cat. Rehoming Dusty was a hard decision because he's such a snuggle bug. I promise you will fall in love with him in minutes.

Story
Hi this is Mittens, He is a very sweet cat. Loves cuddling at night and loves to look out the windows during the day. Loves car rides and is good with other cats. I have another cat that he is bonded with and would love if they’re able to stay together but understand if they’re not able to.

Story
This unbelievably gorgeous, gentle, nurturing, loving little girl is Tilly! Tilly came into rescue when she had a litter of kittens and was immediately just the sweetest, most tender loving girl. Thankfully she was able to go to a fabulous foster home where she has shown what an incredible girl is! Tilly is only a year old, and this girl is absolutely beautiful! She’s gone to the vets and had all medical work completed! She’s now tested negative for fiv/felv, she’s been dewormed, vaccinated, spayed and microchipped! She’s a happy, healthy, thriving young lady and she can’t wait to find true love! Tilly instantly settled into foster care beautifully. She is fabulous with other cats and dogs as well. She is the kind of girl who can live peacefully in any combination of animals, or live happily as an only pet, soaking up as much love as she can. She has the most gentle, snuggly temperament and is an exceptional companion. She is wonderful with adults and children alike, and is the easiest girl to love. She reliably uses the litterbox and has excellent house manners. Any time you sit on the sofa or lay in bed, this girl will gently snuggle up with you and show what a nurturing, loving, darling girl she is. She has such a peaceful and relaxed demeanor that she melts the hearts of everyone who meets her. She is a young, healthy, easy going, wonderful girl who will make the ultimate devoted companion for many years to come! She’s dreaming of a loving and warm home to call her own! Story
SWEET MOMMA DOB 5/1/23 Ms Ethel is a sweet mittened torbie who, although she prefers not to be picked up, will come over to you for petting and snuggling. Ms Ethel is a stately kitty who is independent and can go hours on end without needing humans. She's simply a low-maintenance kind of gal. Ms Ethel was brought into HOPE when an elderly couple found her and her newborn babies in their backyard. Completely soaked and very hungry, the kitties needed immediate help. A foster stepped up and took in the forlorn family. Fast forward months later, and all the kitties have been adopted with only Momma left. Can Ms Ethel bring her sweet, undemanding ways to take the bite out of your being alone? Or bring some quiet companionship after your long, hectic day at the office? If so, arrange to meet her so you can give her some much-appreciated scratches and snuggles. Just because she’s independent of humans doesn’t mean that she doesn't have something to give others. In fact, she has so much love to give – all she needs is YOU! HOPE ID 24-0515-G124 Ms Ethel is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Story
HEARTWARMING RESCUE STORY DOB 8/26/22 Hey there, everyone! I'm Lollis, a very affectionate, delightful, playful “torbie” gal which means that I'm a brown tabby with patches of peach that makes me look like I was splashed with caramel in a candy factory. I can't get enough time to spend with Foster Meowmy, so I sleep with her and am always asking her for cuddles, especially when I don't have to compete with the resident cats for her attention. Although my independent, freedom-loving spirit has proven helpful in dealing “as needed” with the dogs, other cats, and kids in my foster home, my innate friskiness has made me a perfect companion for those same kids. I’ve been very bonded to Foster Meowmy ever since she spotted me at her jobsite as a seven-month-old stray kitten who had no momma or siblings in sight. Realizing that Foster Meowmy was my ticket to a life that was better than dumpster diving, I wasted no time and ran up to her. She scooped me up and drove home with me cuddled in her lap. Yes, our special connection began on that unforgettable journey. To this day, in those cherished moments when I need a little snuggle, it’s Foster Meowmy to whom I turn when I seek cuddling. I hope that my heartwarming rescue story has touched your heart. Yes, I chose Foster Meowmy, and now it's time for you to choose me to be your next feline companion. I want to become an integral part of your life and make every day an adventure worth sharing. Arrange to meet me today, and let's form a bond that's unbreakable! Incidentally, there are advantages to adopting a gal like me who’s past the stage of kitten mayhem. I’m much less likely to cause chaos in your home or break any of your family heirlooms. HOPE ID 23-1014-A047 Lollis is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
