Story
🧶Lucy is adorable, playful, sometimes shy, and very gentle—like a kitten in a sweet 5-year-old body. She’s been the love of our lives. She snuggles with her brother but is uncomfortable with our older cat, so she may do best as an only cat or in a home with people around more, a steady routine, or even a mostly-outdoor/unique setup. 🐈‍⬛ Her challenge is occasional peeing outside the litter box. The vet believes it’s behavioral—loneliness, late meals, or territorial stress. She has her own box for pee, cleaned daily, and uses it, mostly reliably. She’s had a couple mild UTIs that respond well to meds, sometimes with a spot of blood, but further tests are costly. (Less than 1x/ year) 🐾She and her brother may feel more secure together; we’re open to rehoming them as a pair. We aren’t home as much now, and while she uses her box most of the time, the issue has become hard to manage. We adore her and hope she finds a home that fits her needs.

Crybaby is a lovely torbie with a soft soul and an even softer heart. She came to us alongside nine other well-loved kitties when her human, through no fault of the cats, became overwhelmed. Crybaby is healthy, well cared for, and pretty social.True to her gentle nature, Crybaby enjoys being held and has the sweetest habit of tucking her little nose into the crook of your arm when she feels safe and content. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s an affectionate girl who thrives on quiet companionship and kind attention.Crybaby would be happiest in a home with one or two friendly, social kitty companions to keep her company. She has no experience with dogs, so a calm, feline-focused home may be her perfect match. While she can be adopted on her own, it would be especially wonderful if any two of this group could find a home together.Cindy Lou is sure to be a loving, grateful addition to her future familyâ&#194&#128&#194&#148ready to return every kindness with gentle affection and quiet devotion.OTHER PETS: Cindy Lou would probably be happiest adopted with one of the kitties she once lived with.
