Tabby kittens & cats in Patchogue, New York

I brought in a mother cat that was pregnant during the winter. She has since had her kittens. The landlord has given ample time to find them homes. I only rent a room. Desperately trying not to put them in shelters, just looking for good homes for them. Please contact me if you can open your home to give them a forever place in your heart as well as your home. There is 5 in all...2 boys and 3 girls. Adopt 1 or 2, how many you want to. They are all litter box trained since 3 weeks old. They are affectionate and sweet. Amber is a sweetheart with a calm, gentle soul and heart full of love to give. She adores curling up in cozy cardboard boxes and playing with her favorite mouse-shaped toys. When she is not playing, Amber loves cuddling and sharing her soft, purring "kisses". Amber is ready for a loving home where she can give and receive the affection she's always had in her heart.

Tubby is a sweetheart, he likes gentleness. He likes to be in the bathroom with you, in the sink with the water slowly running. He has no health problems. He’s is a Healthy 14 yrs old cat who likes to sit on your lap or chest when he wants. Tubby was rescue from the bushes at my house, he was 2 days old when we found him and I took care of him. He grew up and lived with my dog (a Yorkie) who was 16 and a half years old when she passed a year ago. Tubby is a lovable cat. He been with me with no kids around, so I’m not sure how he’ll be around small children. He only been around adults all his life. The only reason I have to give him up is the I have to move and not allow to have pets. My daughter is moving with me and she is pregnant and very allergic to cats. This is the reason I’m seeking help for tubby.

Meet SAFFRON, a handsome one and half year-old boy with a gorgeous marble coat. Saffron came to us as an older kitten who had been living outside. He was very shy at first, but our amazing staff and volunteers worked with him and his personality is slowing shining through. Saffron loves to play and have fun and is a great friend to other cats. Saffron can still be a little shy with humans so he will need an adopter who will have the patience to work with him and give him the time he needs to flourish. It would be best if Saffron went to a home with another playful cat to help bring him out of his shell and to be his playmate. Saffron is located in Long Beach, NY. Petie and Nutmeg are a mother and son duo. They both love attention, to bet pet and are very affectionate. Petie also enjoys sitting on laps and getting belly rubs. They are both playful, but Nutmeg really enjoys playing. These gorgeous cats have remained close their entire lives, cuddling and grooming each other. Nutmeg is very cat selective and is only truly comfortable with Petie. Due to this we feel that they would be happiest as the only pets in their home. They need a special family to give cats with few prospects a loving home. Petie requires litter that isn't dusty for his allergies (we use walnut or world's best) and eats a prescription diet to prevent crystals.  Nutmeg has an old, healed leg injury that left her with a small limp.  She can still jump and get around without issue. Meet Carmella! Born December, 2024 Look at this sweet female cat! Carmela is as beautiful as her name and is a white and orange tripod, who is learning human touch and love for the first time. Carmella was rescued off the streets with her 2 sweet little boys who have gone to their forever home. Now it's time for this special girl to learn to relax and enjoy the warmth and safety of indoor cat life! Carmella is getting lots of one-on-one time with her foster mom, and learning to seek out affection, which gets her lots of pets, ear rubs and chin scratches. Carmella is still a little hesitant, and would benefit from a patient home where she can decompress and explore and be the queen of the castle. While Carmella enjoys quiet companionship and likes to stretch out next to you on the couch, she is also comfortable on her own. She loves snuggling into the cave up in her cat tree and finding soft sunny spots for afternoon napping. Carmella has not met small children and is still learning boundaries, and will occasionally gently swat if she feels to overstimulated, but will quickly come back to you when she feels comfortable again. She would do well as an only cat for now, given her slightly skittish nature, with the potential for a new fur friend down the road. Carmella has given so much love to her babies, this sweet mama deserves her chance for love too!
