Story
DOB: Sept 2, 2023 Wayne is a playful, food-motivated guy with a big personality and an even bigger love for toys. Ping-pong balls, springs, anything he can bat across the floor — Wayne is all in. He’s curious, active, and always ready to turn everyday objects into a game. Wayne is currently on an exclusive urinary diet due to a history of urinary crystals, and he’s doing well on it. His future home will need to be committed to keeping him strictly on this diet to support his long-term health — thankfully, Wayne makes this easy, because he loves his food. He prefers to be the only cat in the home, as he doesn’t enjoy sharing his space with other cats. In the right environment, where he can be the centre of attention, Wayne truly shines. If you’re looking for an entertaining, toy-loving companion who will keep you smiling and happily supervise mealtimes, Wayne might just be your perfect match.

Story
5 Years old Please note, this is a posting through the Courtesy Adoption Program. Please contact the current owner directly for more details. Their details are below. Toby is a very cute cat who loves to lounge in the sun. He takes time to open up to new households and new people but once he does he is very affectionate. He loves to knock around and play with fast moving targets, especially a paper ball. He doesn't like being handled or picked up too much, he much prefers to be handled on his own terms. Most of his day is spent sleeping, grooming and chasing around paper balls. He also inexplicably loves to rub himself on the hallway rug. As to his behaviour with others, not sure if he is good with children and other cats or dogs since he has only always lived in a one person, no pets household his entire life. He warms up to others after some initial trepidation, but once he does, he is a gem. He has lived in apartments but loves to walk out in the hallway and explore. He is litter trained and is used to apartment living. Has a bit of separation anxiety in that he becomes very clingy once you are back from a trip. Tends to eventually follow you into whichever room in the house you are currently situated in and curl up there. Toby is up-to-date on vaccines. Toby is participating in our Courtesy Adoption Posting Program and is not the property of Toronto Cat Rescue. Toronto Cat Rescue does not accept responsibility for any pet placements that result from this service. If you need more info or would like to adopt please contact Muhammad Daniyal Ali, via email at daniyal.ali96@hotmail.com or WhatsApp: 647-705-9986 - Thank you!

Story
DOB: April 24, 2025 Nash is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved. Nash is an active, curious kitten who is always ready for playtime. He loves playing with his brother H.R., other cats, and people, and is just as happy entertaining himself. Confident and adventurous, Nash often takes the lead when it comes to exploring new things. His favorite toys include soft balls, feather wands, and even a sewing measuring tape. Nash also loves his puzzle feeder and is very smart and determined when it comes to solving cat puzzles. He is extremely friendly and enjoys chatting with his humans using sweet little trills. While Nash did not show strong lap cat tendencies in foster care, he is easy to pick up and has a wonderfully easygoing temperament. He has excellent litter box habits and accepts nail trims without any trouble. Nash would be thrilled to be adopted with his brother H.R., or into a home with another friendly cat.

🐾 Meet Dove 🐾 Born in January 2024, Dove is a young mama who raised a beautiful litter of kittens you've probably seen all over our social media! She’s been an incredible, attentive mom — and now it’s her turn to be pampered. 💕 Dove is a gentle soul with silky-soft fur, the sweetest eyes, and a quiet charm. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she’ll ask for pets and roll over for the cutest belly rubs. 🥹💗 She enjoys a calm, peaceful vibe — sudden moves and loud noises still startle her — but she loves attention, especially in her foster home where everyone adores her. Dove has a playful side too! She gets the zoomies, loves her scratching post, and enjoys a good feather toy chase with gentle kiddos. 🐱 Gets along with other cats 🐶 Would be okay with a calm dog 👧 Loves respectful, quiet children 🏡 Looking for a calm, loving forever home If you're patient, gentle, and ready to shower her with love, Dove just might be your new best friend. 💫
