Story
🐾 Meet Dove 🐾 Born in January 2024, Dove is a young mama who raised a beautiful litter of kittens you've probably seen all over our social media! She’s been an incredible, attentive mom — and now it’s her turn to be pampered. 💕 Dove is a gentle soul with silky-soft fur, the sweetest eyes, and a quiet charm. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she’ll ask for pets and roll over for the cutest belly rubs. 🥹💗 She enjoys a calm, peaceful vibe — sudden moves and loud noises still startle her — but she loves attention, especially in her foster home where everyone adores her. Dove has a playful side too! She gets the zoomies, loves her scratching post, and enjoys a good feather toy chase with gentle kiddos. 🐱 Gets along with other cats 🐶 Would be okay with a calm dog 👧 Loves respectful, quiet children 🏡 Looking for a calm, loving forever home If you're patient, gentle, and ready to shower her with love, Dove just might be your new best friend. 💫

Story
Presenting - Silver! Beautiful Silver came to us as nursing mama. Found homeless with her babies, she moved in when they were only a few days old. Now that her babies are grown and adopted, she is looking for a warm safe place to lay her paws too. Silver will need a very special adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to blossom She has NEVER shown any signs of aggression or protectiveness, even when her babies were small. She is still learning to trust and will come up to her foster for head scratches once in awhile. But she is hyper aware of sounds and afraid of anything new. You can't run over and pick her up - but she will come to you if she trusts you and shes in the right mood. She needs someone who has patience and time to spend with her. Her ideal home would be a quiet and calm place with one or two humans who are home a lot of the time. She has great potential to blossom into a sweet, loving and gentle companion Apply for this very special kitty at CompassionForPaws.ca

Story
Presenting Jade and Spring! DOB July 15/23 These sisters are lovely! Full of sillyness on occasion, they are mostly sweet, quiet and very well behaved. Jade is the tortie girl and her sister Spring is a boldly marked tabby...Yes! They did actually come from the same mama! Both cats are calm and non demanding. They don't ask for affection, but are happy when you offer a good scritch or gentle petting. They are good with other cats and with gentle dogs. They have not been around children but would be fine with older kids. They are not the kind of kitties that you are going to pick up and carry around, but if you are working from home, they will stay in the office with you and keep you company. I would prefer that they be adopted together but would consider separating them if you have another gentle cat in the home already Apply online at compassionforpaws.ca

Story
Jade is a BONDED pair with Leo. Must go together. Jade is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. She is the princess of the household and perfers no other female cat. Gets along well with other male cats. She loves to sit on her throne (scratch post) and stare out the window with the sun beating onto her. She enjoys being around her human parents. Lived in a home with a toddler as well. She loves to play and loves to eat. She enjoys a quiet environment and is approx. 8 years old. Jade was a rescue and has been with her current human parent for 8 years along with Leo by her side. If she wants a quiet area she will go ahead and find one. She has been an indoor cat only. House trained and loves to explore in the house. She enjoys snuggling up in bed by her human's feet. She is dainty and has the softest, most cutest meow.

Story
Leo is the sweetest cat you'll ever meet. Bonded pair with Jade and must be adopted together. Leo is approximately 8 years old. Has been around other cats and small dogs. He loves belly rubs and is an indoor cat. House trained and loves to play but most of all loves to relax by the window with the sun shining down. When entering a new place, he does get timid and shy and will hide until he becomes comfortable. He does not like a rowdy place as he enjoys his quiet time. Enjoys being close to his human parents. He has been around toddlers where he will stay near but if they get too rowdy he will find a quiet place. He was a rescue cat and have been with his current human parent for approx. 8 years as he was rescued as a kitten.

Story
Kiko is a very gentle and affectionate cat. You will usually find her purring and curled up next to you. She has been with the same family since she was just 3 months old however due to changes in the family's lifestyle, Kiko is looking for a new home. Kiko does not do well with other cats or dogs. Kiko would do best in a quiet home.

Story
🐾 Meet Guaro & Cacao: Gentle World-Travelers Hi! We’re a bonded pair of 6-year-old cat siblings, together since 2020. Adopted in Colombia, we flew to Canada in 2022! We’re healthy, calm, and well past the kitten stage. Guaro (Orange Tabby): Curious, social, and brave. He loves meeting people, belly rubs, and chasing light reflections. Cacao (White/Brown): Shy at first, but once comfortable, he’s incredibly affectionate and loves chin scratches. We’re an easygoing, low-maintenance duo who enjoy bird-watching, naps, and each other’s company. We’re fully litter-trained, don’t scratch furniture, are very quiet, and sleep peacefully through the night. We’re neutered, healthy, indoor cats, crate-trained, great travelers, and not picky eaters. Our only requirement: we must stay together. We’ll thrive in a quiet home with adults or older teens. If you have a peaceful home and twice the love to give, we’d love to meet you! 🐱❤️🐱

Story
**Looking for one loving forever home for Kitty and Murzik 🐾** This is a very difficult decision, but we need to find a new home for our two cats. We want to find a calm, responsible, loving family where they can stay together and feel safe. 🖤 **Kitty is ~12 years old.** She is a quiet, calm, and gentle cat. She is fully house-trained and uses the litter box. She is afraid of small children and dogs, so a peaceful home without them would be best for her. 🤍 **Murzik is ~7 years old.** He looks like a Maine Coon. He is not actually a Maine Coon, but he seems to believe that he is and behaves accordingly 😄 He is handsome, confident, fluffy, and full of personality. Both cats are spayed/neutered. They have lived together for many years, so we try not want to separate them or place them in different homes 📍 Barrie, Ontario

Story
Original caregiver passed away without assigning a guardian. I agreed to foster while the extended family found forever homes, but they never initiated this process. As a solo parent to a 10 month old and school aged child, there is not enough time to give them the affection and maintenance they require. She is “obese” and unable to clean her genitalia which causes her to scoot her butt on the floor, getting feces on the carpet/ hardwood. She would highly benefit from more enrichment and activity as well as a weight loss diet.
