Story
🐾 Meet Dove 🐾 Born in January 2024, Dove is a young mama who raised a beautiful litter of kittens you've probably seen all over our social media! She’s been an incredible, attentive mom — and now it’s her turn to be pampered. 💕 Dove is a gentle soul with silky-soft fur, the sweetest eyes, and a quiet charm. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she’ll ask for pets and roll over for the cutest belly rubs. 🥹💗 She enjoys a calm, peaceful vibe — sudden moves and loud noises still startle her — but she loves attention, especially in her foster home where everyone adores her. Dove has a playful side too! She gets the zoomies, loves her scratching post, and enjoys a good feather toy chase with gentle kiddos. 🐱 Gets along with other cats 🐶 Would be okay with a calm dog 👧 Loves respectful, quiet children 🏡 Looking for a calm, loving forever home If you're patient, gentle, and ready to shower her with love, Dove just might be your new best friend. 💫

Story
Presenting - Silver! Beautiful Silver came to us as nursing mama. Found homeless with her babies, she moved in when they were only a few days old. Now that her babies are grown and adopted, she is looking for a warm safe place to lay her paws too. Silver will need a very special adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to blossom She has NEVER shown any signs of aggression or protectiveness, even when her babies were small. She is still learning to trust and will come up to her foster for head scratches once in awhile. But she is hyper aware of sounds and afraid of anything new. You can't run over and pick her up - but she will come to you if she trusts you and shes in the right mood. She needs someone who has patience and time to spend with her. Her ideal home would be a quiet and calm place with one or two humans who are home a lot of the time. She has great potential to blossom into a sweet, loving and gentle companion Apply for this very special kitty at CompassionForPaws.ca

Story
Presenting Jade and Spring! DOB July 15/23 These sisters are lovely! Full of sillyness on occasion, they are mostly sweet, quiet and very well behaved. Jade is the tortie girl and her sister Spring is a boldly marked tabby...Yes! They did actually come from the same mama! Both cats are calm and non demanding. They don't ask for affection, but are happy when you offer a good scritch or gentle petting. They are good with other cats and with gentle dogs. They have not been around children but would be fine with older kids. They are not the kind of kitties that you are going to pick up and carry around, but if you are working from home, they will stay in the office with you and keep you company. I would prefer that they be adopted together but would consider separating them if you have another gentle cat in the home already Apply online at compassionforpaws.ca

Story
Ricky is still waiting for someone to give him the loving home he deserves — and time is becoming critical. Through absolutely no fault of his own, this sweet 8-year-old neutered male tabby has found himself without a permanent home. His original owner has gone into long-term care, and his current caregiver unfortunately cannot continue to give Ricky the time and attention he deserves. Ricky is sweet, affectionate, and snuggly. He is up to date on his vaccinations and is simply looking for someone who will love him and give him a safe, permanent place to call home. Ricky at a glance: 8-year-old male, Neutered, Domestic Short Hair / brown tabby, Vaccinations up to date, Sweet, affectionate & snuggly We are now urgently looking for a new home for Ricky. His current caregivers are considering surrendering him, and we desperately want to find him a loving home before that becomes necessary. Could you be Ricky’s happy ending? Or perhaps you know someone who could give this deserving boy the second chance he needs. Please share this post! Even if you cannot adopt Ricky yourself, sharing could help us reach the person who can. If you are interested in Ricky or would like more information, please contact compassionforpaws.ca

Story
It is with great sadness that we need to rehome our cats who are siblings, we have had them for 10years since they were 4 weeks old. They are the most loving, affectionate cats. They are in excellent health. The reason we need to rehome them is because our son was diagnosed with asthma this year and he is allergic to the cats. Mutt is the boy, he is affectionately name Mutt because he is dog like friendly with everyone. Dolly, the girl is a little more timid and loves special attention and a touch of gentleness. The cats are free to go to a loving home. We will provide the supplies that we have as well. We just wish they can go to a loving family. We would really prefer if they can stay together, please reach out if you have a comfortable home and room for love for two loving companions.

Spooky is a lovely two year old cat. She likes to watch out the window, especially if her people are outside. She also likes to be invited under the blanket to take a nap. She does not tolerate other animals and is not a big fan of kids.

Story
Original caregiver passed away without assigning a guardian. I agreed to foster while the extended family found forever homes, but they never initiated this process. As a solo parent to a 10 month old and school aged child, there is not enough time to give the affection and maintenance she requires. She would highly benefit from more enrichment and activity as well as a weight loss diet.Best suited for an adult only family, as she is quite skiddish and timid with children. Such a sweet and friendly girl, hope she finds her furever home soon!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.LIBRARY was found on a local property living under a shed with her mum, Teacher and her siblings (Gym, DRAMA and Calculus) and she’s now looking for her forever home. She’s spayed, had her two sets of vaccines including a rabies shot, Revolution, a microchip and been deemed a healthy girl by her vet. She’s still apt to run away from anyone but her foster and has yet to let herself feel comfortable around strangers. She loves to be on the cat tree and is usually on there with either her brother, Calculus or her mum, Teacher.  LIBRARY has used the litter box since day one in foster care as she’s such a smart little girl. She loves to eat both kibble and wet food, have her water nice and cold plus she loves Temptations treats. She’s in a foster home with a puppy so she would suit a home with a dog as long as it’s cat savvy and as always we recommend a slow, monitored introduction be made between them. She has her siblings plus several other cats in her foster home so we feel she would best suit being with another cat. Children should be aged 10 plus due to her timidness and they should be gentle, loving and caring towards animals.  If LIBRARY sounds like she would fit into your family then please put in an adoption application to meet her. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 10:07 pm
