Story
Amber Lynne is a stunning young tabby with crisp white accents and a face that’s impossible to resist. Spayed, fully up to date on vaccines, and perfectly healthy, she’s ready for her forever home. Amber has that irresistible mix of sass and sweetness - confident enough to strut into a room like she owns it, yet affectionate enough to curl up and win you over in minutes. She’s playful, curious, and full of personality, with just the right amount of sparkle to keep life interesting. With slow, thoughtful introductions, Amber can live happily alongside other cats and cat-friendly dogs. She’s also perfectly content soaking up all the love as your one and only. Amber would do well in a home with gentle, older, respectful kids who understand and appreciate her independent yet affectionate nature. As Amber settles in and grows more comfortable, her affectionate side truly shines. She becomes a total purr machine, happily leaning into head scratches, soaking up snuggles, and enjoying being picked up and held. If you’re looking for a beautiful, loyal companion who will greet you with soft eyes and an even softer rumble of purrs, Amber just might be your match. CURRRENTLY BEING FOSTERED IN SOUTH PHILADELPHIA, PA.

SHELTERS, INTAKES AND RESCUES ARE FULL. I CAN NOT KEEP REEM. 😢 Reem is a very good cat and just needs the right home. He was giving to me by my sibling who was moving out of state. I had just just my cat of 15 years a couple of months prior. He will very much do his job as far as catching critters. I have a busy lifestyle and little children. Reem likes attention no matter how many toys and gadgets he has to play with. I'm unable to give him that attention at this time.

Story
Sweety was acquired as a gift. The name Sweety fits her. She’s truly sweet. She is an entertaining, loveable, adorable, kind, friendly, spoiled and playful cat. She let everyone pet her without any hesitation. She’s three years old female cat, has been spaded. In a new home, looking for someone who will take care of her and be good to her and take care of her as if she’s their child. Sweety was seen by the vet on January 26, 2026. Full checkup, no issues. Moved from previous home and pets were not allowed when I moved to my new place. Tried to rehome her, but she doesn’t consistently use her litter box. Attempted to use multiple different types of litters, however that didn’t work. Would like to keep her where she is presently, however, that not possible.

Story
Jinksy is a a 6 year old confident, playful, and independent cat who came into my life during the pandemic. She enjoys both companionship and her own space — she’ll often choose when to come close and loves connecting on her terms. She would do best in a home that appreciates her spirited personality and can provide daily play— even a brief 5 minutes means the world to her. She loves sitting near her person and enjoys being around humans. When her needs are met, she is a devoted and very sweet companion. Since welcoming a baby in November of 2025, Jinksy has done very well with the little one—-with a blend of mild curiosity and indifference. Still, I believe her needs will be met better in a home where she can get more one-on-one attention and stimulation. This is a very hard decision, but I know it’s in her best interest.

Story
This is Max, he is 13 years old. He is a sweet, cuddly tabby that loves attention. Max has behavioral issues that are becoming overwhelming to our household. Max has a spraying issue that seems to be agitated more-so by the other pets in our home. I am not sure if the spraying would stop if he was an only pet and received more attention. In addition to his behavioral issues, I have developed an allergy to his salvia which is giving me hives. He is a sweet boy and does enjoy the outside. Hopefully someone has the right heart and home to welcome Max.

Story
Introducing the very lovely Kara. Her story is a sad one. Born in 2008, Kara had kittens who were adopted out, and Kara was spayed and adopted by a kind gentleman with several cats. Kara was well cared for, but one cat bullied her and made her timid. Her owner became ill and passed away in 2018. Kara was then adopted by another kind gentleman and friend of the rescue, who passed away very suddenly in June 2022. Kara is as sweet as sweet can be, but she needs some work and commitment from a special adopter to help rebuild her confidence. You need to seek her out, then she will thoroughly enjoy affection and will reward you with very loud purrs. Kara has been updated on all her vet care and is a very healthy senior kitty. She truly needs for her next home to be her last. A calm and loving home, ideally with no other pets (though she will adjust to kind ones), would complete Kara’s wish list. A senior human in need of a gentle companion would be just perfect. If Kara’s story stirs your heart, you just might be her person. Story
I’m Caesar, and I'm looking for someone to spend the better half of my life with. I was found abandoned in a sealed basement in Philly with my brother, who passed away shortly after due to infection from the living conditions, but after some love from my foster parents, I'm ready for my forever family! My foster noticed that my face is paralyzed and I've been thoroughly checked out. The good news is, it is stable and does not limit me at all, no need for meds or eye drops! Even better- it gives me a very charming smirk...bad news is I can get the occasional ear infection since I forget to clean the ear I can't feel! I love people and while I'm still learning how to trust and interact with them, I’m SUPER cuddly and a little needy once I trust you. I can get a little too excited when getting attention, especially at first, but I promise I'm working on better manners and how to ask for more—I just love pets! I’m neutered, up to date on vaccines, and all ready to go home with you. My perfect home would be just adult humans; I have had a few feline roommates; I didn’t love all of them and would require slow, respectful introductions to other cats. If there are children in the home, I am best suited for older ones who will respect my signals. Good with cats,
Story
Birdie (female tuxedo kitten) and Chief (her black brother) were abandoned outdoors in the cold with no food or water at the tender age of about 5 months. They were rescued on Super Bowl Sunday, and it was later discovered that poor Birdie was so starved that she was eating garbage and had consumed plastic bags, which messed up her digestive tract, requiring emergency surgery. She is absolutely fine now, and both siblings are spayed/neutered, tested negative, up to date on all their shots and vet care, and microchipped. They are very bonded and will need to stay together. Birdie and Chief are happy, playful kittens (born about September 2024). They are super friendly and are both foodies, as you might imagine given their history. They especially love their wet food. They are in foster with other cats and dogs. They’re a little leery of the dogs but get along well with all the cats in the home, especially Peanut Butter, another AFL foster kitten who is their chosen play buddy. They adore affection and attention from their humans. Don’t miss out on these champion kittens—get your application in today!
