Madeleine is a gorgeous classic tabby with a playful spark and the softest, silkiest coat you’ve ever felt. She’s independent with a little bit of sass, but underneath it all, she’s a total sweetheart who adores companionship, especially from her mom, Kiki (also available for adoption - we'd love to see them adopted together, but Madeleine can be adopted separately to the right home!). She loves playing with scratchers, wands, activity mats, and Kiki! Madeleine and Kiki belonged to my sister, a veterinarian who cared for her animals with unmatched love and dedication. After her sudden passing, our elderly mother stepped in to care for the cats, but we are now seeking wonderful new forever homes so they can continue receiving the affection and stability they deserve. Madeleine is up-to-date on everything. We can provide her BasePaws genetic report (including dental and medical insights), plus all her vet records.

I don’t want to charge so that Kitty’s new owner can get her interactive toys, litter and wet food! Kitty asks for nothing except for LOVE which includes but not limited to: head scratches, snuggles, balls with bells and a comfy spot next to her human. When she found me coming home from thanksgiving dinner, having no fear, she ran right up to me meowing in her raspy pitched tone, and rubbed her head right up against me. She followed me home and joined easily in with my already pets, being a cat and a dog. Kitty is litter trained and a big eater. She does tend to nibble gently on my fingers to let me know when she is hungry. Kitty enjoys playing with other cats and chasing balls with noises.

Story
I took Theo in after his previous owner passed away. He is an adorable cuddle monster who loves other people and animals. He has never once bitten or scratched anyone on purpose. He is an indoor cat who enjoys sitting on an outside patio but doesn't like going outdoors any ither times. He loves being able to sit on your lap or cuddle up next to you while sleeping. I'm no longer able to jeep him due to my new roommates being horribly allergic to cats.

I adopted Lily ~2 years ago. I call her Kitty most of the time. We think she's 3-4 years old. She must have had a family prior to me as she was already spayed, well groomed, well socialized, etc. I tried for months to find her original family before adopting her. We did all of her shots again at that time. I've kept her indoors, but she loves to go out on the patio and keep tabs on any activity in the area. She is the sweetest, most cuddly cat ever. She will often sit on my lap or curl up beside me. When I sleep, she curls up at the bend in my knee. One night she decided sleeping under a blanket seemed like a pretty good idea, and crawled under and slept where my feet make a tent with the blanket. She does that often now. She likes to play sometimes. I hate to part with her, but I'm allergic (worse lately) and Doc doesn't think it's good for me to have a cat. I have a cat tree, carry case, food, litter box, and some toys & goodies to give w/her. Just want her to be in a good home.
