Story
I named her Pounce because she was an explorer (Pounce de Lion) and leapt 3 feet high. She likes warmth and laps. She can be affectionate but on her terms. We have decided to travel more and we think it would be better to rehome than continually getting sitters. She has a sister but they don’t like each other anymore so they don’t need to rehome together.

Story
If you have ever had a tabby they are special! ❤️ Mel is a well-trained, smart & very sweet cat who enjoys the company of people & loves being petted. She was adopted @ Animal Rescue Foundation in Walnut Creek CA in June2018. She was 1 yr old. Mel has been a single pet to mature couple for 7+ yrs, mostly indoor cat but outdoor privileges with a jacket. Mel has not been around other pets or children. She really enjoys watching wildlife, outdoor time (any weather!) & toy playtime. We have traveled with her in the car going on short trips & vacations. She enjoys routine & is a very loving cat. ~Mel has excellent health. After we got her she had a problem with her urinary tract from eating only dry food. We switched to wet food w/occasional dry treats. She also has had bone broth offered as a treat. She is great itterbox. We have trimmed her nails regularly. ~We are moving abroad. This is a rehoming to keep her in the PNW rather than stress her with lengthy confined travel.

Story
Squeaks has decided she doesn’t like her sister and is stressed out. She just had back teeth removed due to genetic disposition to decay. Her shots are up to date. She tends to throw up if fed too much too soon - food has to be doled out. She likes to go outside and has a leash. She also has a catio that she likes in nice weather. She likes lap time. About 8 years old.

Story
8 year old cat named Tigger loves to give hugs and purr loudly when you are feeling down. He has become very unhappy in our house due to the amount of cats and has started picking fights, he would do best in a house with 1 other cat and any amount of dogs that won’t chase him. He does have asthma that is under control with his inhaler that we can give. Willing to provide supplies and even a full bag of food to the right home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Is he the one for you?! It's Domino! This boy has a spot on his nose and will win a spot in your heart! Born 8/29/2025, this sweet boy is ready for his next adventure! Domino came to FFLAR with his siblings at the very young age of a week old! You can imagine just how adorable he looked then(don't worry, we have embarrassing baby photos to share)! Being that he and his siblings were bottle babies, they got some extra special care, including enjoying many an adventure to go with their foster mom to work. This cute tuxedo is super playful and quite the talker. You don't have to worry about not knowing what's going on - Domino is ready to keep you in the loop on who did what and where. He loves checking in on his human to make sure everything is good and maybe sneak some cuddles. He enjoys his cuddles and kisses and just being the center of attention. He wants nothing more than to be the center of your universe and bathe you in his love and affection. He's a sweetheart who is ready to match your energy. He does well with other dogs as well as cats, too! If you think Domino would be the purrfect fit for your heart and home, please contact Laura at 540-272-3506. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only. January 12, 2026, 1:18 pm
