Please do not call the shelter; do the application first.
Introducing the Country Singer Litter - an early 2026 litter of kittens, born about 4/22/26 and surrendered by their owner to our shelter.
These five siblings are ready to find their forever homes and are dreaming of the day they get to become beloved family members, YAY!
They are easy to tell apart:
WAYLON- male, DMH dark tabby with white on paws, chin and sides of nose
REBA- female, DMH dark tabby no white on paws
PATSY - female, DSH tabby half nose white other half white
WILLIE- male, DSH tabby white on face/dark spots on each side of nose
MERLE- male, DSH tabby white spot on nose
See which picture tugs at your heart while you try to decide if you want to bring one home... or two... or more!
They are young enough that they should adapt fine to existing pets, with proper introductions.
We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome. Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."
All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee is a suggested minimum of $75 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.
Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
