2 beautiful short-haired White Turkish Van brothers. We are 4 years old and are completely indoor cats. We must stay together and will not be separated to different households. Snowball: I am a show quality cat with beautiful light blue eyes and a wonderful love me disposition. I love finding cool hiding places -- I am a great hider! I love to sit on laps and be petted A LOT and I can be quite a talker. Blizzard: I have a exploring personality. I am courageous and do not spook easily. I have 1 green eye and 1 blue eye and am deaf. Based on this, I sleep very soundly (you can get really close to me and see) and noises to not bother me. I think I am an interior designer so if I see something close to the edge that I believe does not belong there, I will knocked it off -- so please plastic only! I like to follow my owner around most of the day and then find a big window to sunbath. I also LOVE watching mice/fish videos on your monitor. I am very laid back.

DOB: 1/5/22 Paloma is a petite girl that has lots of personality and is pretty easy on the eyes, too . She can be sassy and funny and is an expert with training humans on how she wants to be treated, petted and played with. She likes to take long naps in soft places and especially likes to cuddle up beside her foster mom all night long, while she sleeps. Paloma is mostly pretty chill but she has a playful side too. She is not a high maintenance cat and is happy to entertain herself with cat toys or take long naps curled up on the bedspread or in a soft cat bed. Paloma prefers to be adopted into a single-pet household without young children. DOB:3/13/22 Violet was unfortunately abandoned in a carrier outside our facility, but lucky for her, Kitten Rescue took her in. We can’t resist a pretty face. Violet is a somewhat temperamental gal.  The multi-cat environment of our Sanctuary is not the ideal situation for her as she tends to get over-stimulated by all the cats running around.  She would definitely prefer to be the only cat in the household where she can be in charge of her own kingdom.  Violet will need a very special home with experienced cat people who will understand her needs, overlook her “cattitude” and admire her beauty from afar.  She is a sassy gal with unpredictable behavior, but we think she will thrive in the right home -- a peaceful palace for a beautiful queen with servants to wait on her hand and paw. DOB: 6/15/23 Biscuit is a friendly, affectionate boy that enjoys cuddling with humans almost as much as he likes to run, play and wrestle with his foster siblings.  He provides plenty of entertainment when he plays with his cat toys and plays tag with his foster siblings. He looks forward to cuddle time with his foster mom after his play sessions. He also likes to take long naps on the pet heating pad or cuddled up beside his foster siblings and at night he prefers to snuggle up in bed beside his foster mom.  Biscuit is young, playful and very social so he needs to be adopted into a home with an existing, playful young cat or adopted together with one of his foster siblings. Ask his foster mom about scheduling a meet and greet with Biscuit and his foster siblings.  NOTE: You will notice in his photos he has a slight eye defect as a result of an untreated eye infection when he was a tiny kitten living on the street. The infection was addressed the minute he was rescued and it cleared up quickly. Her body is white except for a large black stripe across her back and her black tail and soul patch on her chin. She has large light green eyes, lots of white whiskers and a black star on her nose. Stardust and her sister were rescued from a bad situation but that has not affected their great personalities. Stardust is a bit of a relaxed Diva who knows she can get by on her good looks! While her sister is off chasing toys, Stardust prefers to lounge around the house and passes her days napping in her Cat tree. You will find her sitting on the couch watching TV if you let her. Stardust does enjoy chasing after her Cat dancer toy, dragging it around the house, or laser dot if it's playtime and she will show affection if you offer treats or when it's time to eat. She might be shy at first meeting but warms up quickly once she feels comfortable. Stardust is good with other Cats. She will bring love and fun to a lucky family. FOSTER NEEDED! Aquario is a delightful 12 1/2 year old White/Black Tabby Turkish Van mix, with a tabby harlequin on top of his white face, a mostly white body with a few black tabby patches, and a raccoon tail. He has beautiful hazel eyes and a pink nose. Aquario is a very calm, ‘Zen' Cat who loves to watch whatever is going on outside through the windows, and lounge in the sunny spots on the floors in the house. A great ‘biscuit maker,’ he also loves to curl up in soft bedding, especially with his humans. Aquario loves running water and drinking from the pet fountain. He’s a food motivated boy and will come running when he hears a can open! Aquario will put his paws on your knees and jump into your lap to snuggle for as long as you will let him. He also has a great time with catnip toys and will curl his paw around them and toss them into the air. Aquario loves people, but will be fine as the only Cat in the home. He will co-exist with other Cats as long as they don't bother him. He will be great company for a family or single person who is looking for a sweet, docile, quiet Cat. This is a ‘Courtesy Posting.’ To meet Sandy contact Martie: 714.343.2707 or martiel@aol.com Sandy is a ten month old Calico Turkish Van mix ‘teenager,’ with a mostly white body accented by a black/orange ‘zorro’ mask over her white face, a black/orange patch on her back, and a mostly black tail. She has soulful eyes, long white whiskers, and a pink nose. Sandy was found homeless on the street with an injured eye. Her Vet tried to save her eye but could not, and she lost the sight in that eye. However, that does not deter her from doing the normal ‘Cat activities’ and this does not slow her down. Sandy is good with children and babies and gets along very well with the Dogs in her foster home. She is still learning to trust people and is OK with being held for short periods of time. Sandy knows her name and comes when she’s called. She will follow her people around the house and enjoys being with them. Sandy is a talker with lots of stories to tell, especially when it’s close to meal time. She loves to play with unconventional playthings; her favorite toys are her foster’s fuzzy slippers that she will steal and hide, and empty toilet paper rolls. Sandy also plays with the laser pointer until she tires herself out. She is a sweet girl who will be so happy when her new family finds her.
