Amy had a rough start in life—she was born on November 30, 2024, on the streets of San Antonio, alongside her eight siblings. Her feral mother had been surviving on her own for quite some time, raising multiple litters on the streets. Thankfully, with the help of Amy and her siblings, we were able to gain her mother’s trust and bring them all to safety. Now, Amy is thriving! She is a playful, sweet, and loving puppy who adores people. She may be a little shy at first, but give her a few minutes, and she’ll be bouncing around, ready to play! As of February 26, 2025, she weighs 11.6 pounds, but she’s expected to grow to around 45 pounds. Amy is ready to find her forever home! Animal Profile: Marley is an almost 4-year-old neutered male 60lb mixed breed (DNA test showed German Shorthaired Pointer, Lab, Pitbull). He came to us as a puppy and was adopted but returned several years later due to anxiety around the young toddler in the home. Marley is friendly with other dogs, has lived without issues with cats, and is a loyal companion to his people. He is discerning with new people but not reactive. He is nervous with small children who don't respect his space. He is house-trained, crate-trained and has good basic obedience training.
