This lovable adult Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican Hairless dog) is 37lbs of personality, charm, and quirks. Cuete is the type of dog that will keep you laughing with his funny antics, but he also has a soft, affectionate side that's all about bonding with his humans. Cuete is a bit of an independent spirit and much prefers the company of his people over other dogs. He can coexist with other dogs, but slow, patient introductions are key to his comfort. Cuete does have a tendency to claim his space (and his toys!) and isn’t a fan of sharing, so a home without small children would be ideal. When he's not stealing the spotlight with his antics, Cuete is an expert counter surfer and has no problem hopping over 4ft fences (he’s got some serious jumping skills!). He’s crate trained and mostly potty trained, though he does enjoy letting his voice be heard from time to time—apartment living might require some patience with his barking. Cuete is currently working through some skin issues, and his biopsy has shown a possible autoimmune endocrine condition that may require medication and careful experimentation with diet and soothing remedies. His future family should be understanding and patient as we continue to monitor and treat his condition. If you’re an experienced dog owner who can offer Cuete the love and attention he deserves—and a little space for his quirky personality—he just might be the perfect fit for you! Meet Greg. He is a five pound bundle of personality. Greg is searching for a lap. He is looking for someone who is home most of the time where he can snuggle into that lap…all day long.  Greg does not like to be left alone! He does enjoy being outside with his person when the sun is shining. He is not crazy about snow and cold. Greg  likes to play with little toys and balls.  He likes anything he can chew. And he is a great eater. Greg is ok with SMALL  dogs. Bigger dogs play too rough for him. He would also love to be an only child. Like most chihuahuas Greg is stubborn and opinionated. He cries when he doesn’t get his way. And he is a talker. He is house trained when taken outside frequently. He will not ask to go outside. But he is working on it. And handsome? Greg is a beautiful gray blue apple head chihuahua. If you are looking for a Velcro dog to dote on he may fit the bill.  ##2567520##

Thor is an independent pup. He gets along with other dogs but he wants to be the boss. Thor is a sweetheart, he likes sitting on your lap getting lots of attention. He currently uses potty pads. I’ve had him for less than a week. Once he’s fitted for a harness then I can see how he does going outside to potty and walk on a leash. ##2567523##
