Story
Meet Cedric, an adorable 8-year-old Yorkie weighing in at a petite 10 pounds. This sweet senior was discovered as a stray near beltway 8 and found his way to Camo, where he's on a journey to overcome his shyness. Cedric is a gentle soul with a heart ready to charm everyone he encounters. Cedric gets along well with other dogs, though he truly shines when spending quality time alone with his human companions. Potty training and leash walking are on his list of skills to master, and a harness is a must to protect his delicate neck during walks. Cedric is in search of a tranquil home where he can feel secure, and he thrives with someone who can offer companionship frequently, as he experiences separation anxiety. Adoption fee is: $150 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
W Bonded Yorkies Baby Girl, Precious, & Pretty Boy Medical issues don't stop these 3 from thriving. They share a deep bond, following each other everywhere and exchanging kisses while grooming each other. They love to sleep together and love to venture into the backyard for a bit. They are so bonded if one is not with them or taken away for a bit they look for each other. They range in age from 9-12 years old and 5-6lbs Since they've been together their entire lives, we hope to find a caring family to adopt these seniors and their medical requirements. They are potty pad trained and will go outside if taken out consistently. Baby Girl has kidney disease, Precious has liver disease. They are on prescription food but would love a home that would cook food for their special diets. No BIG dogs, small children, swimming pool (unless fenced off) or doggie door due to their size. Adoption fee is $300.00 for all three They are all vaccinated, spayed, neutered, had dentals, microchipped and had bloodwork done. We are looking for the right home for them. If interested you may apply at www.camorescue.com. . They are located in the Dallas Texas area. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. Story
Like many dogs that CAMO rescues, Adrienne came to us in quite bad shape with severe dental disease, demodex mange, glaucoma and a luxating lens in her right eye requiring removal of that eye. But this little girl has recovered nicely and is ready to be adopted by someone who can manage the glaucoma in her left eye. With eye drops, the pressure has been lowered to well within normal range. And she tolerates the drops very well. Her foster mom reports that she has been an excellent patient. Because of her eye issues, she is visually impaired but can see light and shadows with her remaining eye. This does not slow her down. She gets around her foster home and the backyard quite well though does bump into things occasionally including other foster dogs. She also appears to be hearing impaired. Adrienne has gone from a trembling little girl when she arrived at her foster home to a relaxed lap dog. Her confidence builds every day. She does well in the car and at the vet. She is estimated to be about 10 years old and weighs in at 10 lbs. She is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. After her dental, she was left toothless but gobbles down canned food. Because she is visually and hearing impaired, she would do best in a home with no small children. If you believe you can provide Adrienne a loving forever home, please go to www.camorescue.org to apply for this sweet little girl. Adoption fee is: $150 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable.
