To Bo it made him so stressed that he was losing weight and getting very scared in the shelter. We were asked to help and we couldn't say no! We sure are glad to have this beautiful boy in our rescue! Bo is happiness, he just exudes it! When he sees you he does zoomies and runs up to bounce and say hi! He play bows to all the dogs and can't wait to see doggy friends.  Bo is with our emergency foster in central Utah, we'd love to find his forever home. We promise him that his next home will never return him and always have time for him! He deserves nothing less!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 19, 2026, 12:21 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sokka came to our rescue when he was taken to the shelter after being found left in an apartment alone for 10 days. In spite of that he was incredibly sweet, loved everyone he met and was happy to play with some doggy friends in his foster home. When his foster family had additional family with their own dogs moving into their home, it was time for Sokka to find a new foster home. His new foster mom quickly fell for him and there was talk of foster failing. Things changed for Sokka, who had been renamed Owen, when he protected his mom from a dog attack, he took his job seriously and kept her safe but by doing so it affected him, mentally, and he hasn't been the same boy since. Owen's foster mom now feels he'd do better in a different home so we are now looking for a very special place for him. The boy who used to love doggy friends now seems to be very scared and unsure. The boy who never met a person he didn't instantly love, is now very cautious and fearful. So we are looking for a quiet, low key home for Owen where he can learn to trust, feel safe again. Have a backyard to soak up the sun, or the snow. Also a very committed foster or adopter who will work consistently with our behaviorist to help Owen through the trauma he experienced. This is no small ask we know. But he deserves nothing less! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Duke is a 1-year-old neutered Akbash. He is playful, loving, and very gentle with young children—he’ll even let a toddler eat from his bowl. He loves to cuddle and be close to his people, though he can be a bit nervous indoors. Duke is good with livestock and shows no aggression toward them but he cannot be trusted around chickens. He gets along with most dogs but may react if another dog is aggressive. Duke is still working on leash manners and house training. Maggie and Duke are a bonded pair and need to stay together. They play, cuddle, and truly rely on each other. Both are incredibly sweet, affectionate dogs who absolutely adore children. Duke is an expert escape artist and needs secure fencing! He and Maggie currently live on a busy road and their safety is a concern. Duke is being fostered with Maggie in Northern Utah. Dandelion started out as a stray seed in Summit County, but, when no one came forward, this sweet girl moved on the breeze to settle at Nuzzles and now she is ready to be planted and come to full bloom in her forever home. Though she hasn't been at Nuzzles long we already think she’s pretty dandy. She is an incredibly loving, happy, friendly fluff ball who adores people and other dogs. She’s always bright and smiley, and when she gently places a paw on you, consider it her little reminder that she is a funny, loyal companion but would also love a good scritch! This sunny girl loves being outdoors and spending time with her human and canine friends here at Nuzzles. But she’s also happy to settle in for some downtime under a tree enjoying the beauty of nature with you or a large, soft bed in a comfy, loving home. With her gentle heart, fluffy coat, and joy-filled personality, Dandelion is ready to put down roots and blossom with her forever family. Come meet this bright ray of sunshine at our Adoption Center today! You just might find that Dandelion is the sweet, floofy flower you’ve been waiting for! 🌼
