Mufasa — Big Lovable Akita Mix Looking for a Great Home Mufasa is an American Akita mix I got as a puppy from Akita Ranch in Romoland, CA. He is a big, soft, lovable bear with a loyal heart. He’s great with kids and good with other dogs, though his size can tire them out. He’s comfortable indoors or outdoors, but he’s very used to human interaction, so please don’t take him if he’ll be left alone or forgotten outside. He is gentle and has never been aggressive, but he has a deep, intimidating bark and protective presence when strangers come near his home. He would make a great family pet, sidekick, or natural guard dog. Mufasa cleans himself like a cat and loves being brushed with his rake-style brush. He eats 3 scoops of grain-free dog food once a day. He hasn’t been leash-walked much, but he follows commands well when free. I’m moving to Arizona and sadly can’t take him.
