Story
Pebbles is a loving, loyal companion excited for walks, play, snuggles or simply being with her loved ones. She is an inquisitive, hilarious, goofy princess. This beautiful 65lb sun basking girlie is an adult with puppy energy without puppy woes. Pebbs is remarkably obedient for an American bulldog, taking well to training and structure; she will shake your hand and catch treats (her favorite is crunchy lettuce!). She walks great on a leash, never had destructive behavior, is perfectly housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and current on shots. Pebbles has lived with kids and other dogs so should adapt well, with older kids being ideal. Due to a rough first home she is an anxious girlie, so she's looking for an experienced parent/home with chill vibes rather than party vibes. (Rehoming due to neglect. I cannot keep her much longer and just want to keep her out of the shelter so please reach out. She is a gem!!)

Story
Meet Brownie! Brownie is the definition of pure sweetness wrapped in fur. With her gentle eyes and ever-wagging tail, she has a special gift for making everyone feel instantly loved. A true cuddle expert, Brownie believes life is best enjoyed snuggled up close to her favorite people. She loves going for walks, happily trotting along and taking in all the sights and smells. But more than anything, Brownie’s favorite place is right by her humans’ side. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a little outdoor adventure, she’s simply happiest being with her people. Brownie has previously lived successfully with other dogs and understands how to share her space and companionship. With proper introductions and a thoughtful transition, she could do well in a home with a canine sibling. She also has the gentle, patient nature that makes her a wonderful match for families with children. Brownie is affectionate without being overwhelming and seems to instinctively understand how to be calm and respectful around little ones. She would love kids who can join her for walks, offer plenty of snuggles, and be her best buddies. Sweet, loyal, and endlessly loving, Brownie isn’t just looking for a home… she’s ready to be someone’s whole heart. Apply to adopt today, and/or email dogs@rispca.org with any questions! 🐾

Story
Meet Blondie This lovable Lab mix is equal parts cuddle bug and class clown. Blondie lives for snuggles and will happily melt into you after a good play session. His signature move? A full-body tail wag that starts at his nose and travels all the way to his toes — it’s impossible not to smile when he’s happy (which is often!). Blondie has previously lived with other dogs and could enjoy a canine companion. We’re not sure how he feels about cats. Based on his friendly nature, we think he could do well with kiddos who are ready for a goofy best friend. If you’re looking for a loyal snuggle partner, professional mood-booster, and world-class goober, Blondie is your guy. Apply to adopt today, and/or email dogs@rispca.org with any questions! 🐾

Story
Rayne is a Boxer/Bulldog mix (our best guess—a pretty good one we think!) with the gentlest, most loving soul you could imagine. This beautiful girl has a heart full of devotion and is dreaming of finding her person to love forever.Rayne adores her humans. She bonds quickly and deeply, happiest when she’s by your side—whether that’s tagging along on an adventure, supervising couch snuggles, or simply soaking up your presence. She thrives on connection and routine and wants nothing more than to be someone’s loyal little shadow and best friend. While Rayne has loved having sleepovers and play dates with canine friends the past four months, we're looking for a home where she is the only permanent dog. This is due to issues with the resident dog in her prior adoptive home. There have been zero issues in her foster home however we're being extra cautious just in case. Cats and critters? No-thanks from Rayne. But give her consistency and patience, and this girl will give you the most loyal, loving companionship in return. If you’re the kind of person who believes in second chances and soul-dog connections, Rayne might just be the one you’ve been waiting for.🩵 Only pet however she gets along with dogs just fine outside of her home🩵 Daily walks + continued training = happy Rayne🩵 Devoted, silly, sensitive, and SO worth itLet Rayne bring a little sunshine to your world.Check out her videos: https://youtu.be/1Nt2LZaSlT0?feature=sharedhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Nt2LZaSlT0https://www.youtube.com/shorts/NTcgKFxM-9wName: RayneBreed: American Bulldog Mix Sex: FemaleAge: 1 1/2 - 2 yearsWeight:58 lbs Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS: Good with Children: UntestedGood with Dogs: Yes but should live alone with her humansGood with Cats: No Adoption Fee: $500.00Location of dog currently: New England IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England. Story
Meet Iggy — the definition of resilience wrapped up in the sweetest, most loving pup you could ever hope to meet.Iggy checks all the boxes: he’s crate trained, potty trained, wonderful with kids, and gets along great with other dogs. He walks beautifully on a leash and settles into home life like he’s always belonged there. He’s easygoing, gentle, and has that calm, comforting presence that makes you instantly feel at peace. He LOVES going on little adventures, tagging along for car rides, making trips to the local Tractor Supply, and finding anyone he can to pet his big noggin. But what truly makes Iggy special is his story. This boy is a survivor. Not long ago, he was on the brink of death at an unimaginable weight of just 28 pounds — nearly three times smaller than the healthy, strong boy he is today. After getting to a healthy weight, Iggy completed heartworm treatment like a champ. He has spent the last year with our southern rescue partners healing — not just physically, but emotionally too. And through it all, Iggy didn’t just survive… he thrived.Despite all he endured, he remained the sweetest, most affectionate dog you could imagine. He’s the kind who melts right into you for love (literally), the kind who quietly stays by your side, the kind who makes you wonder how in the world he hasn’t been scooped up already. After everything he’s been through, Iggy is more than ready for a forever family to call his own. And whoever is lucky enough to adopt him isn’t just getting a good dog — they’re getting a truly special one.Name: IggyBreed: American Bulldog/CrossbreedSex: MaleAge: 2 years  (estimated)Weight: 60.0Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: NegativeMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: YesGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $550.00  (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently:    MississippiIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.  Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. Story
Meet Phantom — an incredibly affectionate, friendly 8-month-old puppy who absolutely adores people and soaks up attention like sunshine.Phantom’s story began with a heartbreaking turn when he was abandoned at a veterinary hospital, tied to a post in the early morning hours. Despite that rough start — and arriving with a fungal infection on his snout that is being addressed — Phantom has shown resilience and love. He’s eager to connect, as if he’s always believed a better life was waiting just around the corner.Currently in boarding, Phantom enjoys multiple daily potty breaks and walks, and he’s proving to be a social, easygoing young pup. He has loose, friendly interactions with other dogs and enjoys exploring his surroundings at his own pace, taking in the world with quiet curiosity. What Phantom truly needs now is a calm, patient home filled with kindness — a place where he can continue learning basic house manners and potty training with encouragement and consistency. He would thrive with a family committed to positive reinforcement, gentle guidance, and helping him grow into the confident companion he’s meant to be.If you’re looking for a loving, dog-friendly pup and don’t mind a little puppy training along the way, Phantom may be the perfect addition to your home — ready to trade his past for a future full of warmth, security, and love.Name: PhantomBreed: American Bulldog/CrossbreedSex: MaleAge: 8 months  (estimated)Weight: 40.0Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: UnknownGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $550.00  (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently:    TennesseeIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
