Story
Pebbles is a loving, loyal companion excited for walks, play, snuggles or simply being with her loved ones. She is an inquisitive, hilarious, goofy princess. This beautiful 65lb sun basking girlie is an adult with puppy energy without puppy woes. Pebbs is remarkably obedient for an American bulldog, taking well to training and structure; she will shake your hand and catch treats (her favorite is crunchy lettuce!). She walks great on a leash, never had destructive behavior, is perfectly housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and current on shots. Pebbles has lived with kids and other dogs so should adapt well, with older kids being ideal. Due to a rough first home she is an anxious girlie, so she's looking for an experienced parent/home with chill vibes rather than party vibes. (Rehoming due to neglect. I cannot keep her much longer and just want to keep her out of the shelter so please reach out. She is a gem!!)

Story
Around Christmas, sweet pittie mom Mamie began leading one or two of her puppies at a time out of a wooded area near one of our foster homes. In total, seven precious pups emerged. Dad (or dads!) remains a mystery, so their exact mix is anyone’s guess. Now safe and cozy in foster care, these babies are absolutely adorable—each one somehow cuter than the last. We estimate they’re 8–10 weeks old as of 1/18/25, with their first vet visit coming up soon (more updates to follow!).For now, they’re happy, healthy, starting crate training, and growing up surrounded by other animals, kids, and lots of loving humans. Momma Mamie is pictured on this bio, too, because she deserves the spotlightBreed: American Bulldog Mix/Pit Mix/Unknown MixAge: 9 weeks as of 1/18Weight: 11-15 lbs as of 1/18 -- growing like weedsSpayed/Neutered: Too young - Spay/Neuter Contract will be required and strictly enforced.Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date. All vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter.Heartworm: Too young (testing is done at 6 months of age)Housetrained:  Not usuallyMicrochipped: YesLocation of dog currently:   Tennessee  until 2nd vaccines (approx 2-5-2026)     Puppy Adoption Fee:  $550.00 (includes a spay/neuter surgery rebate to be paid to the adopter when proof of spay/neuter is provided to Paws New England). We can provide adopters with a list of low-cost SN clinics when requested. The adoption fee also includes the transport fee when applicableATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS:  You must attend training/behavior classes with your new dog unless you are an experienced dog owner and your adoption coordinator is comfortable with your experience.  This requirement is for your benefit and your puppy's, so if you experience behavior issues, you have a point of contact.  PLEASE—Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle changes this puppy will bring. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue. Our dogs reside in various locations throughout the South and New England.  Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age-appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if needed.Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.IMPORTANT INFORMATIONPaws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England. Baymax is a super sweet, very loving, calm boy. He loves meeting new people. He is the most patient dog I have ever seen when it comes to kids. He listens well. A bit stubborn because he’s a boxer and age but not aggressive whatsoever. He is house trained and loves other dogs.
