Sundae is an older girl and hadn’t had a life of love and care, when we got her, she has had multiple litters, and was heartworm positive but we have treated that. Super sweet, gentle,calm. She’s a delight to be with. Low key and loving, she deserves a soft bed to lay in and a gentle hand for the rest of her life.

She’s has had puppies and like all momma dogs is looking for someone to take care of her now. Housetrained and crate trained, this lovely chunky girl would be great to cuddle up to on winter nights! Mushu is an old soul in a puppy body. This boy deserves the world. He needs someone that would treat him like a prince that he is. He is looking for love, compassion, kindness and a lifelong partner in crime. He is playful, lovable, goofy and overall the best kid that you could ever ask for, he’s been raised right, with tons of other dogs, he’s got an easygoing get along kind of personality. He is couch potato, he has low energy 3 out of 10. Adopted this LOVE BUG!!

Story
Rocco's Story Meet Rocco. He came to my house last week for an evaluation.... and I liked him so much I asked if he could spend the weekend while I got to know him a little better. He's a big lug of a guy with an even bigger heart. Rocco is a calm guy, nervous at first in a new environment, but tries his best. He loves to plop his bum right into the lap of his person, snuggle on the couch, and keep watch out of the window. He is a quiet guy. Sometimes off to himself, sometimes joining folks on the couch. I suspect he will be fine with cats, but since each cat is an individual, a meet and greet would be critical. He walks and hangs out with some other dogs. I have seen no prey drive from Rocco, instead, he has sat and watched the birds and squirrels in my window feeder. We are working on crate training and stairs. At present, stairs are a little too scary for Rocco. Rocco has some allergies that are controlled with over the counter medications. Rocco is a resident of Scituate Shetler where he is a staff and volunteer favorite. Unfortunately he has been there since January, so they asked us to help them get him seen by someone who will want to take him home and love him forever. We are grateful they did, "to know Rocco is to love him". Rocco comes with a Handsome Dan's Rescue Take My Lead grant entitling him to up to $500 in private training and supplies. We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. Levi 18 months old 50lbs Levi is a chunky boy, he’s great with other dogs and was used to temperament test other dogs when he was in animal control, he’s medium energy and a little on the shy side as his works has been so small for a while, he’s looking for someone to share their adventures, heart and home with, he’s a great dog

We look forward to hearing from you. Clementine was returned to the rescue because her mom fell sick and passed away. She was the only dog at her house but wasn’t sure what to think about multiple dogs. At the time her foster mom had 2 puppies in a pen. Clementine felt safe with them and learned she was safe. The puppies showed her the way. Clementine learned how to go out the dog door and to play. From there she has grown in confidence.. she now likes to come up and ask for kisses and hugs. Clementine loves to play with the big dogs now but still not sure when you chase after her. She is your alarm system she likes to let you know someone is outside. She is not sure of strangers coming in but once she feels comfortable with them she comes up to see them and smell them… she is a sweet girl and would love to have her forever home.
