Story
Hello, My name is Vega, I’m a 3 year old American Bully. I’m in need of a home that someone can give me the attention I require and need. Due to scheduling changes and not having the support system that I had, sadly I’m no longer fit for a good dog owner for Vega. She’s kept inside 95% of the time and is a fun and energetic that needs more of a life than I currently can provide. As much as I’ll miss her, It’s not fair for her to not have the life she deserves. I’m also willing to provide a 200 dollar adaption bonus to help her move into her new home. Money for a new bed and toys. Thank you

Story
Meet Penelope! This zoomy snow bunny is a five year old American bully mix weighing in at 55lbs. She's a social butterfly, a happy girl, and absolutely would have been voted prom queen in high school. It is a necessity for Penelope to say hello to everyone she comes across. She has no issues approaching strangers and making fast friends via tail wags and happy snorts. She's a super smart girl that knows all of her cues like a pro and loves to show them off. She's the hammiest of hams and thrives on attention...especially belly rubs, obviously. Any sort of attention turns her into a wiggle worm that just can't stay still. She's a strong girl with a lot of enthusiasm and excitability so she can be a bit pull-y on a leash but she definitely isn't terrible. She's smart, eager to please, and a quick learner so consistency will be your best in correcting that. Her favorite thing to do, other than zoom around in the grass (or the snow), is to sploot with her legs out like a Thanksgiving turkey. Penelope does well with other dogs and doesn't even really seem to mind if they lack boundaries or personal space. She's just happy to say hello! Penelope does not like cats, does not appreciate that they have sharp and pointy bits, and does not appreciate the noises they make. So, no cats. We would prefer kids 12+ just because we don't have a history of her with small children. Since she is a "restricted breed", you must own your own home or live in a home owned by a family member. To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application. Once complete, you can email it to us at fpas1@foreverpaws.com or fax it to us at 508-677-9175.

Story
Meet Frack; she and her brother Frick, also available for adoption on the PAWS New England page, are 13-week-old sweet puppies looking for their own forever homes. After being unexpectedly left with an elderly couple who were unable to care for them, these pups are now ready for a fresh start—one loving family at a time. Frack is a happy, playful puppy with a gentle personality. She rarely barks, enjoys play time, and has done very well on car rides to the vet with no signs of motion sickness. She is confident in her home environment and, because of her young age, has not yet been introduced to public outings or leash walking—giving her future adopter the joy of guiding her through those first experiences. Each puppy would thrive in a home where they can receive individual attention, training, and bonding. Whether you’re looking for a playful companion or a loyal best friend, Frack could be the perfect addition to your family.Name: FrackBreed: American Bulldog/CrossbreedSex: FemaleAge: 13 weeks as of 12/21/25Weight: 15lbs as of 12/21/25Spayed/Neutered: Too young - Spay/Neuter Contract will be required and strictly enforced.Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date. We can provide adopters with a list of low-cost SN clinics when requested. The adoption fee also includes the transport fee when applicableATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS:  You must attend training/behavior classes with your new dog unless you are an experienced dog owner and your adoption coordinator is comfortable with your experience.  This requirement is for the benefit of you and your puppy, so if you experience behavior issues, you have a point of contact.  PLEASE—Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue. Story
Rayne is an 18-month-old Bully mix with a heart as big as anything — and she’s looking for her perfect match! This stunning girl is deeply affectionate, smart as a whip, and ready to be someone’s whole world. She loves her people hard. She bonds quickly and will be your faithful shadow, adventure buddy, and snuggle supervisor. She thrives on connection and truly shines in a one-on-one relationship—think of her as the canine version of a ride-or-die best friend. She’s still young and learning, but she’s already making great strides with her training. Rayne is working hard to channel her excitement into good-girl energy. She’s learning to walk nicely on leash and discovering the joys of daily walks. What Rayne needs most is a peaceful, pet-free home where she can be the star of the show. While she coexists calmly on walks and behind baby gates with other dogs, she prefers not to share her living space or her people. Cats and critters? Also a no-thanks from Rayne. But give her consistency and patience, and this girl will give you the most loyal, loving companionship in return. If you’re the kind of person who believes in second chances and soul-dog connections, Rayne might just be the one you’ve been waiting for.🩵 Only pet however she gets along with dogs just fine outside of her home🩵 Daily walks + continued training = happy Rayne🩵 Devoted, silly, sensitive, and SO worth itLet Rayne bring a little sunshine to your world.Check out her videos: https://youtu.be/1Nt2LZaSlT0?feature=sharedhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Nt2LZaSlT0https://www.youtube.com/shorts/NTcgKFxM-9wName: RayneBreed: American Bulldog Mix Sex: FemaleAge: 1 1/2 - 2 yearsWeight:45 lbs Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS: Good with Children: UntestedGood with Dogs: Yes but should live alone with her humansGood with Cats: No Adoption Fee: $500.00Location of dog currently: New England IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England. Story
Scrappie is a big gentle boy with a heart full of love and a coat as unique as his story — mostly white with a few beautiful brindle areas. After being rescued from life on the streets in Mississippi, Scrappie found a loving home in November 2023, where he lived happily with a mom and three older children. Unfortunately, due to major life changes, he is once againlooking for a forever family to call his own.Scrappie absolutely loves people and thrives on companionship. He’s especially good with adults and older kids (ages 10+), but younger children confuse him, so he needs a home without little ones. We have discovered that there are a few things that cause Scrappie to become defensive with other dogs when they’re close up and personal, so he needs to be the only dog in the home. This boy is house trained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He’s very food motivated, which is great for training! He may be approaching senior status, but still has plenty of energy.Scrappie has come a long way—he used to struggle with separation anxiety, but thanks to a little support (and some temporary medication), he’s now calm when left alone and no longer needs meds.If you’re looking for a big, affectionate companion who’s already done the hard work and justwants to snuggle up and be loved, Scrappie might just be your perfect match. Apply for this sweet boy and see if he’s the missing piece in your home.Name: ScrappieBreed: American Bulldog MixSex: MaleAge: 8 years 4 months as of 10/24/25Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on last testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: Over 10Good with Dogs: He cannot live with another dog, but has no problem seeing other dogs while on walks.Good with cats: NoAdoption Fee: $300.00  Location of dog currently:  ConnecticutIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.  Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. Story
Meet Petunia! Despite her name, this girl is no delicate or wilting summer flower. When Petunia was found as a stray by Providence Animal Control, she was scared, skinny, and in need of a little love. It took a few minutes and a handful of treats to earn her trust, but then she showed us her sweet and playful personality. Petunia loves to chase toys, tear the squeakers from her stuffies, play a competitive game of tug, and shred cardboard boxes in search of hidden treats. But once all that is done? She’s up for a nap and snuggle time with her people. She’s still young, estimated to be about 1-2 years old, and is quickly returning to a healthy weight. Though we don’t know much of Petunia’s past, she is currently thriving in foster care and her foster family only gave good things to say about her. She’s house trained, well behaved, and enjoying the company of a smaller, playful dog. **if you are interested in Petunia, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours**
