He's neutered, micro chipped, and UTD on vaccines.💙He loves car rides, pup cups, playing tug of war & playing ball. Yet as adventurous/active as he is, he also can't resist baking in the sun for an hour or so on a comfy bed!❤️Reuben's history with kids and cats are ❗️unknown❗️ He would do best as the ✨️only✨️ dog in the home (he currently has a fursibling that doesn't understand his boundaries. IF you have a dog that's respectful of that, then possibly!)💚He's a quick learner, does great on a leash albeit he is VERY excited the first few mins & will pull, but he levels out after that. He often could care less about othee dogs on a walk, however he will be "offended" if a human walks by & doesnt acknowledge him 🤦‍♀️💛He can also be vocal, he'll tell you how he feels & its always entertaining!Msg if interested :)

Hi, my name is Mimi! I was born in September of 2022. My people think I may be an American Bulldog mix. I am 42 pounds. I am a smaller gal and my people say I am the perfect medium size girl! I came into rescue after a nice lady watched me being chased by a bunch of other dogs. I was in heat and nothing good was going to come from that. She saved me from having an unwanted litter of puppies on the street. I am a super sweet girl. I like to play and snuggle. My foster family has done a great job socializing me. I love everyone I meet and like to be loved on. I have never been cat tested so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines. I am in a home with other dogs and do well. I like having the foster siblings. I have been around both large dogs and small dogs. There is a ten year old boy in my foster home and I really like him. I am house trained, crate trained and walk well on a leash. I ride well in the car and am up for any adventure. I can totally envision myself sitting at an outdoor coffee shop slurping a cappuccino! I am a healthy pup and if you are looking for a new fur baby, I may be the one. I am spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Louie has all the lovable Boxer personality you’d expect: goofy, affectionate, and full of heart; without the over-the-top energy. He’s playful and fun, but overall a pretty calm, chill guy who simply enjoys being around his people. If Louie were human, he’d absolutely be the class clown - the one making everyone laugh while still being the friend you can count on. He’s a happy dog who loves attention, leans in for affection, and is known to give the sweetest hugs (especially to his foster dad, who he absolutely adores). Butt scratches are also very high on his list of favorite things. Louie is social and enjoys meeting people. He’s well-mannered in public, does great on walks, and has even impressed everyone during trips to the pet store where he happily sniffs all the toys. He knows commands like sit and leave it, rides well in the car once he settles in, and was a total gentleman at the vets’ office where the staff loved him. But the best part of Louie’s story might be his special friendship with Zia, a young female Malinois he currently shares all of his time with. When Zia managed to climb into Louie’s kennel one day, the two instantly became best friends. Now they play together, relax together, and clearly feel comfort in each other’s company. Zia even gets upset if she’s separated from him, so we would absolutely love to see these two adopted together. Louie would do best in a home without small animals and with people who appreciate a loyal, affectionate dog with a playful streak. He’s crate trained, not destructive, and thrives on love, praise, and a good meal. Louie is truly an outstanding dog who deserves a home of his own, and if that home could include his best friend Zia, it would make his happy heart even happier.
