How Dan arrived:Dan was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement on November 18, 2025. Why Dan is the one for you:Meet Dan! Dan is a social and playful young dog who loves greeting new people with a wagging tail, a loose, happy body, and an enthusiastic bounce. He came in with his siblings Forrest (ID 957096) and Jenny (ID 957098), and he gets along well with them, often playing with soft and hard toys in the kennel. Dan is very affectionate and loves attention, though his puppy energy means he can get a little jumpy when excited. On walks, Dan is curious and loves to sniff his surroundings. He's still learning his manners on leash, but he is very receptive to guidance, especially when treats are used to reinforce good behavior. Dan thrives in a home that can provide consistent training, structure, and plenty of playtime. He has a friendly, outgoing personality and a lot of puppy energy, so he will do best with someone who is patient, able to provide guidance, and excited to help him learn proper manners. Be sure to bring a leash and collar when visiting Dan so you can safely explore and interact with him when going home.At SDHS:Dan has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for his new home! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 40.6 Age: 0yrs 8mths 3wks

How this pet arrived: Sam was brought into care by a community member. Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Sam, a loveable, goofy pup searching for a family who will give him all the cuddles, pets and playtime he deserves. This affectionate boy often forgets his size, climbing into laps just to be closer to his favorite humans. Sam is still learning how to walk on a leash, but he loves running around enclosed spaces and showing off his impressive zoomies. Because Sam can be a little shy around new faces and in new spaces, he'll need a home where all family members are over 12 years old and can help him learn that the world isn't such a scary place. Does this love bug seem like the guy you've been waiting for? Ask about meeting him today! At SDHS:Sam is a Behavior Center Graduate! This means they've been working closely with our trainers to develop skills through behavior modification to be successful, though they may need a little extra care to continue their amazing progress. We're excited to share with you what they've learned and talk through how to help them get comfortable in this next chapter of their life! Primary Color: Brindle Weight: 80 Age: 2yrs 6mths 3wks

Age: 1y4m Gender: Male Breed: Micro Bulldog mix Weight: 34 Personality: Super sweet and very low maintenance. He is so chill!
