We are looking for Perpetual Care Fosters for our sweet Carmen. Due to her anxiety and nervousness around people and other dogs, a long-term foster is preferred. Perpetual Foster means she would be in the home, but Watermelon would take care of her medical needs. Carmen`s Story:Carmen is one of the Ranch`s long-time residences who is yet to find her forever home. She can be very shy when it comes to meeting new people and likes to approach people at her own pace. Once she trusts you, she will want to be around you all the time! She loooves water and enjoys standing around in the kiddie pools to cool off in the summer. She is a little selective about the dogs she enjoys being around and tends to prefer the company of submissive females. Tyson came to us with a skin condition that had been untreated for quite some time, leading to secondary skin infections as well as hair loss, he has been undergoing treatment and has started to regrow his hair but he will need continued treatment with antifungal baths, a sensitive skin and stomach diet, and continuous care with a veterinarian.
