Story
I was looking for a canine for my elderly mother for companionship. I friend of mine needed to rehome her canine, Chief Samson, so we did a trail, two weeks, to make sure he was good with my mom. Well here it is 4 yrs. later. He was a great companion for my mother, she passed two yrs. ago. I am getting married in April and my partner is allergic therefore I need to rehome him. He is a protector, very loyal and playful and loves to eat. He was very gentle with my mom.

Story
My Mom found Butler on the side of the road 6 years ago. He has lived a very comfortable life with them since. My parents have many grandchildren and grand dogs that are at their house often, and Butler does not get along with the other dogs. The parents of the children feel it would be best to rehome him with the safety of their children top of mind. Butler has never bitten a human, but with all of the chaos of small children, they do not want to take any chances. Butler is probably about 7 or 8 years old. He is a sweet dog that would do best in a house without any other dogs or small children who would want to tug on him/be all over him.

Hi my name is a Honey, I am around 5 years old, I was found on bluff rd after my owner letting me go to fend for myself. I am looking for a home that will love, and be patient with me as I have been abused and would love a backyard as I love to sunbathe. I am very shy when you first meet me but I am very nice, quiet and just really want to be loved the way I should. I do need training but with the right loving owner I’m sure I’ll do great.

Story
My dog is a very sweet loving dog. My husband and I got her from a breeder when she only 8 weeks. She loves every one especially kids. She can be a little bit too friendly if you pet her. She likes eating and enjoy playing fetch and pulling. We just had a new baby and about to move soon and we couldn’t afford to take care of our sweet Lingan anymore. Even though it breaks our heart deeply, we wish she can get a loving family who can take really good care of her. She is a family baby girl. She loves our relatives and friends who she ever met. She has a cyst on her front upper gum and we couldn’t afford her the care she needs. She loves when we pet her and cuddle with her.

Story
Kenny loves when the peanut butter box is here!  He was born around 2/7/21 and had the bad luck of being owned by someone who tied him up and let his collar grown into his neck.  They then tied him to a goal post because they did not have the nerve to surrender him to be safe,  Gotta love people!  He is an affectionate boy who walks well on the leash and is desperate for attention, once he is comfortable.  He does start off shy. He is crate trained, knows basic commands and is undergoing training and he LOVES to please his people. Now he is with a cat rescue HaHa!! We just know there is a home out there for this wonderful dog. Black cats! Black dogs! what ya gonna do?Adopt One, that's what!!He has not been exposed to cats but he ignores dogs on his walks and has only shown a tail wag and happy to meet ya! when in closer contact. email us at animalrescuecarolina@yahoo.com for an application or to meet Kenny.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 5:39 pm

Story
This is Mr.B (that’s what we call him). He was found by a Good Samaritan roaming the streets near Station at Lake Murray. There were several posts made online looking for and owner or general information but none have been successful yet. I agreed to take him in because the lady who found him could not have another dog at her apartment. I have had him for two days and here is some info that I currently know:Good with kids but has a tendency to jump on them for their food and for attention. Good with other dogs.Loves to be outside and really needs a home with a dedicated yard and fence. Is extremely affectionate and somewhat clingy. It makes me few he was abandoned at some point. Has anxiety with loud or unexpected noises. My son and I absolutely love Mr. B but we live in a small duplex with no yard or place for outside play. We also aren’t home often to give him the guidance and therapy he requires to gain back his trust and confidence.

Story
Hello everyone! My name is Queen Lala, and my story special one, Before I became the happy, wiggly I am today, life was a little scary. My first owner loved me, but they became very, very sick & so sick that they couldn’t take care of me anymore. One day, I was left behind, and I didn’t understand why. I waited and waited, but no one came back. I went days without food or water, just hoping someone would find me. I was tiny, hungry, and confused but I never stopped hoping. One day my rescuers found me. They scooped me up, gave me water, fed me, held me close, and told me I was safe. That day my new life began. But here is the hard for my family to say..They love me so much, but with four children now and a very busy work and the kid’s school sport schedule, they can no longer give me the time, training, and attention I deserve. A queen like me needs lots of love, patience, and playtime and trust me they want the very best for me. So I’m looking for a forever home.

Unfortunately, she does like other animals. That so far has been her only down fall :( She has been in boarding since February 2026.
