Story
I found this kitten on a busy road around AUG 2025, she was a stray approx 5 months old at the time (estimated birth FEB 2025). I have been fostering and socializing her to be a wonderful, playful and loving family animal. She is current on ALL vaccines and no other health issues. She is NOT spayed or chipped at this time; currently an indoor only cat. She loves to play and cuddle, her purr-box never stops! I have 1 older cat (approx 11yrs) that she gets along with well. Looking for new home with plenty of room to play and explore, preferably with another cat of similar age or temperament. Hoping for experienced adopter - kitten was a feral stray and can be very cautious and likes to hide under furniture for safety. With patience, she will show her super sweet demeanor and be a purr-fect addition to your family. Adoption will include 1 bag of food, all her toys and a multi-tier cat tree.

Story
Due to allergies, we will be selling our beloved cat. She's beautiful and has been a lovely pet for our family. She is a 3 year old domestic shorthair cat with a classic gray and white tuxedo pattern. She's very pleasant and sweet and likes to be around the family. She has her papers and is vaccinated and neutered. If you'd like to purchase all of her belongings as well, we have cat trees, beds, toys, kitty litter, food, water fountain, and other pet supplies. She likes to play games and hunt in the yard. We had a couple of dogs visit in the house and she just hid but would likely come around once she feels safe. She's shy but affectionate when approached gently. She cares about her family and will stay with anyone who is sick in bed. She's curious but careful. She likes to play games like going after things under doors and getting pulled around on a rug. She sleeps a bit during the day but is definitely active most of the time. She needs a loving environment and interaction & love.

Hes comfortable coming out to eat and will often be found venturing outside at night. But during the day, he prefers the safety of his hiding spot. Story
T'Challa: The Gentle Warrior Seeking Her Forever Safe HavenMeet T'Challa, a magnificent, short-haired black cat whose incredible spirit has endured unimaginable hardship. This beautiful girl, listed as an American Shorthair, is more than just an adoptable cat; she is a survivor yearning for the peace only a loving home can provide. T'Challa is the sister of Grey, who is also seeking a forever family (please note: they are not a bonded pair).T'Challa carries the invisible scars of a life lived rough. When she was saved by Rescue Street, an organization focused on finding loving homes for pets who have been abandoned or mistreated, she was painfully thin and matted. She has since had a beautiful "glow up," but the emotional trauma remains. The tip of her ear is gone, a sign of her time in the field before rescue, telling a story of survival on the streets. Her deep-seated fear and shyness suggest she was likely attacked by a large dog in the past; because of this, big dogs are not a good fit for her future.Right now, T'Challa is a shy and timid girl, still working tirelessly to adjust to the unbelievable comfort of indoor life and learning that humans can be trusted. She is incredibly gentle and not aggressive at all, even though she often needs the safety of a hiding spot to feel secure. But look closer, the love is there!T'Challa is desperately trying to connect. You'll know she is nearby because she sweetly vocalizes to you from her safe space, a quiet sign of her longing for companionship. For the person patient enough to wait, the reward is profound:She is a confident foodie: She won't let you forget a meal! She loves her food and will clearly "say" when she is hungry. She has a massive heart waiting to unlock: Once she feels truly safe, T'Challa is an astonishingly affectionate cat. She loves pets so much that she will melt, literally slopping over onto you, turning into pure, gentle devotion.T'Challa doesn't need a perfect home; she needs a hero. She requires a quiet home with no large dogs to ensure her peace of mind. She would be an excellent solo pet but will learn to love other cats. If you are the person who recognizes that T'Challa is not broken, but merely waiting for unconditional love to heal, she needs you.We are seeking a patient, understanding adopter who can offer the time, space, and encouragement this gentle soul needs to finally blossom into the confident cat she deserves to be. Providing a calm, predictable environment is the key to letting her quiet, gentle personality shine through. If you are ready to open your heart to a sad story and witness the beautiful transformation of this brave survivor, please fill out an adoption application today. Give T'Challa the chance to know what true, permanent safety feels like. Please visit our website www.rescuestreet.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Fudgie is the most wonderful little cat. She had a rough beginning to life and has lived by herself, isolated from other cats while she fought a mysterious illness. Once we figured out what was going on and she got some dental work done, she was right as rain. This girl is so incredibly loving. She will rub and get pets and does the most adorable flops when she's getting attention. Her Fudgie flops are just full of love. Fudgie would do wonderfully in a quiet home. She does get along with dogs and most cats, as long as they are not aggressive. She is a small-sized cat, and she will not get much bigger. Are you ready to open your home and, most importantly, your heart to this wonderful, gentle girl? Meet Duncan Idaho: The One-Eyed Wonder with a Heart of GoldNamed after a loyal hero from Dune, this little panther lives up to his name in spirit and bravery. Duncan Idaho may have lost his left eye to an infection when he was a tiny, sick kitten, but he has never let that slow him down for a single second.Despite being the runt of the litter, Duncan has always had a "big brother" soul. He still does this today with his foster friendshe is a selfless, gentle soul through and through. Why youll fall in love:Hes pure joy: Youll always know where Duncan is because his tail is always straight up in the airsometimes even hooked over his head!like a flag of happiness. The "Prairie Dog" Move: If you reach out to pet him, he will stand up on his back legs and "prairie dog" right up into your hand. Story
American Shorthair | Female | 4 Years Old | Requires SubmissionAre you ready to truly serve a feline monarch? Then step right up, because Grey is ready to find her permanent staffwe mean, her loving home. Currently listed among the other wonderful cats looking for their Furever home at Rescue Street, Grey is an American Shorthair who is approximately 4 Years Old. While she is officially described as a "Former outdoor cat", the term "outdoor cat" might be an understatement; we believe she spent some time as the reigning, and slightly traumatized, neighborhood boss.To call Grey sassy is an understatement. She doesn't just have a personality; she has an agenda, and you are part of it. Grey is a bossy lady, and absolutely no one can give you a scathing look like Grey can. She would be perfect in a house with a strong womansomeone who appreciates a feline partner who is equal parts commanding and utterly devoted.Your New Office Manager and Snuggle SupervisorGrey is passionate about productivity, assuming, of course, that your productivity involves her proximity. She absolutely loves to work in the office with you. Just make sure your office snacks are up to her discerning standards. Grey is a connoisseur of fine dairy products and is especially fond of cheese. She has perfected the unusual art of the Cheeto clean-upshe will lick the orange off a Cheeto and leave you with the structurally sound, but sadly flavorless, remains. In terms of physical affection, Grey is nothing if not clear. She is incredibly insistent with her pets, demanding attention on her terms and timeline. But don't mistake her for an all-day push-over; she will also dramatically and immediately let you know when she has had enough. Consent is key, and she holds the keys.A Tough Past, A Tender HeartIt's believed that Grey had a hard time on the streets until she was rescued. This difficult background is likely why she is highly territorial when it comes to other felines; she may have been in street fights with other cats so she is not trusting of cats. Therefore, Grey must be the sole feline ruler of the domain. If you can separate and do a slow intro, she may be able to live with a feline roommate in time. However, if you have canine companions, Grey is surprisingly diplomatic! This queen gets along well with the dogs perhaps because they understand that her scathing looks are reserved only for those who truly challenge her authority (i.e., other cats). For all her tough, sassy exterior, Grey has a soft, incredibly cuddly core. When the office lights dim, she transforms into a demanding cuddle machine. She loves to sleep on your chest at night, cuddles, and wants to be next to you in bed. She demands closeness and warmth, proving that even the most formidable figures need a little security. This sassy lady needs a chance to dominate your heart and your sofa.Ready to Apply to Be Grey's Official Human?Grey is ready for her Purrfect Home! If you are interested in adopting this complex, loving, and highly judgmental queen, please fill out the ADOPTION APPLICATION.You can find the Cat Adoption Application easily through the main Rescue Street menu.
