Pepper is friendly, enjoys having people company nearby and purrs when she gets pets and chin scratches during quiet time. She is enthusiastic about her meals and snacks, and she uses her litterbox in a ladylike fashion. She loves to play with other kitties and is comfortable around an older cat. She enjoys being active, playing with wand toys, racing through the crinkle tunnel, chasing balls and diving into pillow piles. She will need more practice to become used to being picked up/carried. Pepper spent the first couple months of her life outside, on the grounds of a Scottsdale condominium complex. Since 08/03/2026, she has been living inside with her foster mom, and she has adjusted beautifully to becoming an indoor kitty. She was spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated on 09/01/2026 at a Dr. Kelly's surgery center. Pepper is ready to find her forever home. She says, "Pick me! Pick me!"

She is a sweet girl. I truly love her, however I have two boy cats and they play to rough. She needs to be in a home with stimulation but makes a better home with one cat, or no cats. She LOVES snuggles, spending time with humans, to include children. She has a great temperament! She would make a great family cat. She will need cat toys, including a scratching post. If she doesn’t have a scratching post she will scratch furniture. The fee is to ensure she’s going to a safe person/family.She will come with an automated litter box with replacement bags.

I tend to feel more comfortable with other boy cats. I miss my brother who has his new family. I am happy for him, but I still miss him. I am quite playful, with lots and lots of energy!
