American Shorthair kittens & cats in Machesney Park, Illinois

I need to rehome my cats Mina and ViVi. They are a bonded pair, but this page doesn't allow me to post 2 pets at once so for the two of them would be $100. VIvi is a male. Mina is 8 with a January 1st birthdate and ViVi is 7 with an August 8th birthdate. ViVi does territorial live bites, and Mina responds to Mimimimimi! They are loveable, they are declawed and indoors only. Spayed an neutered. I can only take one pet with me into my low income housing, so this was a difficult decision for me. She has been waiting SO LONG (almost a year and a half now) for the right person to find her. Concha is a young girl who was living on the street, but then demanded a warm, safe environment, and pushed her way into someone's home and then eventually found her way to R&R.  At first, her rescuer thought she was pregnant as her belly appeared round. Nope! Concha was so underweight and thin, once she finally had access to food, it was determined it was just a "food baby" in her belly! She is happy now that she is in a warm home with lots of love and delicious food and particularly loves tube treats! Concha can be sweet and affectionate but can be a bit of a diva. She thinks she is a queen and expects to be treated as such! She loves to snuggle (on her terms), likes belly rubs, and loves to sit in boxes. He enjoys being in your company and observing your activities, often in anticipation of a treat. He is highly motivated by food and not very fussy about what he eats. Pineapple enjoys sharing your bed and playing with strings and laser pointers. He finds watching birds and squirrels entertaining. You'll be pleased to know that Pineapple is diligent about using the litter box and only scratches designated scratchers, not your furniture. All in all, he's a low-maintenance cat. Yuki is a 7 year old tortoiseshell. She can be a bit standoffish at first but once she warms up to you she can be a real cuddlebug. She loves to play with the feathers on a stick and pretty much any toy with feathers. She does have the tortie spice though!
