Paddock and her brother Greymalkin were found outside a convenience store along I-35 when they were only 8 or 9 weeks old. Cautious and shy at first, they have blossomed into friendly, playful, affectionate kittens. They have had initial shots. Paddock will be adopted on a contract requiring the adopter to get her spayed. If I spay her prior to adoption, the adoption fee will be equal to my costs to get her spayed.

Story
Spooky is a very cuddly cat. We live in Austin,TX. He enjoys the outdoors. He always comes back and doesn’t go very far. He likes to snooze on our outdoor couch. He is 12 years old and in perfect health. He likes to sleep right next to you or at feet. He only eats kibble I’ve tried scraps for years but he doesn’t like it. We are rapidly growing our family and he is becoming a bit territorial and as a new mom I just cannot handle the added work/stress. He avoids my toddler but will let them pet him if they are gentle. He also is really good with our German shepherd, he pretty much just ignores him and does not interact when our dog approaches him (wants to play wants to sniff just check out the cat.) They coexist. He used to live with cats in his earlier years but it’s been over a decade so I’m not sure how he would be with other cats. I think he would thrive best as the only pet with no children.

Story
Joslyn the cat is a fantastic sweet girl, very social and loves pets and has lived with dogs the time we've had her. Were it not for sever allergies she would be staying with our family. She is roughly 8 years old and isn't a cat that hides under the bed when you first meet her - she loves to ask for cuddles and pets by stroking your legs and swishing her tail. She eats dry cat food but does love the wet kind especially those with flakey bits of fish! She's playful but not overly needy at all and mostly will just roam or nap (loves a good window nap). She isn't much for cat toys but does enjoy chasing a wiggly string or red light.

Izzy is a loving, affectionate, and good cat. She loves to hang out and watch TV, and loves feathers and head scratches. I adopted her in OR from a family having issues adapting to her. She is now 6.5, and her birthday is in January. She is a petite cat as well. The perfect home for her would be somewhere with someone that enjoys a good cuddle and relaxing time, and anywhere she can sit on the porch in the sun.

Story
Ghost aka Ghosty Bear showed up at our house as a stray cat with a broken tail. We got him medical attention for his tail, neutered, and shots. We’ve continued feeding him and providing medical care and he's becoming increasingly friendly and chunky. He seems to get along with some cats, although he does not get along with our one our two cats. My partner and I are moving and cannot take him with us and do not feel like he belongs on the streets. We think it’s time for him to take the next step and become someone's forever baby. He's super sweet and affectionate with people but likes to return to the street during the day. However, he comes by every morning and night for snuggles, food, play and sometimes sleeps inside for a few hours at night. He even has a favorite stuffed toy cat that he plays with when he visits us. For his transition to the pampered life, he needs a foster home or a permanent home where he can be house trained and kept indoors while he transitions to indoor life.
