Story
Hello, my name is River. I am 6 years old, and my birthday is April 6th. I currently reside with my two owners who are now expecting their first child and unfortunately need to find me a new home. I am a very lovable cat who wants to spend time sitting on your lap and playing by your feet. The spot by the window is my favorite spot but it’s only because I wait and watch for my owners to come home. I don’t need a lot of space to run but I do love to have toys that we can play with together. One thing you need to know about me is that I have a special food that helps me as I’ve had a couple of UTI’s in the past. But this food prevents that from happening (this can be purchased completely through insurance)! I haven’t had a lot of experience with other animals but I don’t like sharing attention. If you want a companion that is glad to see you, cuddles, and is a joy to play with, I’d love to meet you!

Story
Boo was adopted from the Kitsap Humane Society at 10 weeks old in December 2022. She is over 2 years old now & has been an absolute joy in my life. She is super friendly to everyone she meets, even strangers, loves belly scratches and cuddles. I am so sad to rehome her, but I want to give her the best life that she deserves. I moved in with my boyfriend who has a 90 lb German Shepard. Over months of introductions, we have decided to look for a better home for Boo. She is not afraid of our dog and will commonly roll over showing her belly to him & try to play. It is our dog that has caused the problems and constantly chases her around the house, cornering her and mouths at her head. I believe she would still be a good fit for a household with dogs if the dogs are already acclimated to cats. 1/25/25 Vet Visit - all vaccines up to date & perfectly healthy. I have all of her medical records in a folder. Adoption fee covers food, litter box & carrier. Feel free to text: 360-649-5430

I acquired Rose from a shelter in Oregon. She is approximately 7 years old. Rose is a loveable goofy black cat. She is sometimes anxious but very very loving. Looking for a new cozy home with plenty of places to hide and high-up spots.

Story
We adopted Ganondorf in July 2022 at the age of 16 weeks. He has been in a household of 4-8 people ranging in age from 5 years old to adult the entire time along with several other cats. He has gotten along with the other cats pretty well for the entire time, had no health issues, toileting issues, or aggression toward anyone. Last year, my sister-in-law moved in with us, and Ganondorf decided that, despite her protestation, she was his new favorite person. This has resulted in a bit of...overly focused attempts at gaining her love. He is a very awkward boy at times and during one of these attempts to ingratiate himself to her, he scratched her eye. She has requested that we find him a new home as this was not the first accidental injury during his attempts to woo her. He is, what we refer to in our house, the "weird baby" as his meows sound like an AI voice saying the word "meow" and he spends a lot of time staring at people in a slightly unnerving way.

Story
I got Leo as a baby from the shelter in Sacramento, California. He was a very happy kitten and house trained. I relocated him to my partner in Seattle because I was undergoing graduate school and didn’t feel i could take good care of him. He did well and gets along with the other cat and dog. However, upon moving to a new house in University place, Leo began acting very unhappy. He has been urinating around the house and also stooling small amounts. I can tell he does not like it here. We have had him evaluated and he does not have anything wrong with him except probable anxiety. He takes Fluoxetine now which hasn’t seemed to help. We need someone with a lot of experience, patience, and love to give Leo all the attention and hopefully he likes it better there.

Story
Please see__. These two cats need to be adopted together. Both are 5 years old. I have had both girls since they were a few weeks old, they were bottle babies. We are moving and cannot be with the cats for an unknow number of months. It breaks my heart to depart with these two, as I love them dearly, but I cannot find another option. Wednesday is a sweet girl, who doesn't love to be held but wants love when she asks for it (usually when sitting, or if you have a blanket with you). She is a little skittish when walking towards her, as she will run away if you're too fast. Wednesday sleeps on blankets in the living room, sometimes with you in bed. She is well cared for. She has had recent blood work in the last year and gets monthly revolution to prevent ticks/fleas/and heartworm. She is a free-feed kibble eater. She loves to play with dangle toys and loves the outdoor patio. Wednesday is generally quiet, when she does meow it is a cute high pitch!

Story
This is Moose. I rehomed him from my neighbors about 4.5 months ago. Form what they told be, Moose has had a pretty rough time. His previous owners got him from the Tacoma Humane Society where they took him to their family home. Moose was kind of bullied by the other animals, thus kept separate while they rebuilt the property. He can be a very sweet boy and loves ear and chin scratches. Initially, pretty skittish and takes a while to warm up, but once comfortable, he has no qualms about walking all over you... literally. If anyone has experience with rescue animals, that would be ideal for Moose's furever home; I can admit when I'm ill-equipped.
