Story
Hello, I'm Bernadette! I'm a shy girl looking for my forever home. My favorite animals are Zebra, if you can't tell by my stuff animal in my picture. I've had this stuffed animal with me since I was a little kitten and I love it very much! I enjoy being brushed and using a cat scratching post. I also like wet food and treats. I'm cuddly once I get to know you, and I love to lay and look out the window. I can be very vocal when I want to be pet, and I'm generally a calm kitty. I'm scared of dogs, but I might do well with another friendly kitty. In a FOSTER HOME (not at the shelter; please note the different email address). To meet this cat, please download and fill out an adoption survey found here:https://www.seattle.gov/Documents/Departments/AnimalShelter/Cat%20Adoption%20Questionnaire_Fillable.pdfSend to: sasfostercatapply@gmail.comNOTE: These instructions are only for cats in foster homes. Story
This sweety is the most affectionate cat I have ever seen. He really loves to be a lap kitty and is very playful. Trapper does well with lots of space as he is very active however loud noises do him scare easyily so would not do well outdoors. He can get pretty lonely, so he will definitely benefit from having a consistent companion. He is initially shy when meeting new people but is a lovebug once he's comfortable. He's great with other cats as long as they are mild-tempered yet playful. He's also very good about having his claws trimmed, which is a big plus. Though I won't be able to foster much longer, I would really like to find the right forever home for him.

Story
I rescued Bella from a dumpster (next to) 1.5 years ago, she had just given birth and her owners were throwing her away. She is very sweet, smart and well-behaved. She LOVES to play, explore, to receive lots attention. A calm environment with someone who works hybrid from home or retired, without other pets altho she is social with people. She is used to a clean apt, litter box, and being well-cared for and I seek the same for her. She is on a special food allergy prescription diet which is not cheap and important to stay on it or she will develop mouth/lip ulcers. Otherwise she is very healthy, lovable and happy cat. She is scheduled for intake at the shelter on Dec 8 and I am praying she will be adopted instead.

Story
Meet Huanhuan! I first welcomed Huanhuan into my life from a trusted local shelter. He is now 5 years old and has always been a bundle of energy and fun. About Huanhuan: • Age: 5 years old • Personality: Huanhuan is playful and curious, truly embodying the adventurous spirit of a cat. However, he can be a bit shy and wary around strangers, so a gentle introduction is always appreciated. The Reason for Rehoming: Huanhuan grew up with his birth sister, Nana, and for the longest time, they got along well. However, in the past few months, their relationship took a turn. Huanhuan has been persistently chasing and biting Nana, making it stressful for both of them. Nana is a quieter soul who finds it hard to cope with Huanhuan’s relentless energy. It’s heartbreaking, but to ensure the well-being of both cats, I’ve decided it’s best to find Huanhuan a new home where he can be the center of attention without causing distress to another feline companion. Story
5 year old that still plays like a kitten! This precious snuggle bug wants nothing more than to be on your lap or nuzzling your face. The more time he can spend in your arms, the better. He walks right up to anyone new to ask for love! He needs to be in a home with at least 2 loving humans, and ideally at least one other cat. He gets very sad and lonely if he does not have someone to “talk” to. The boy is very, very vocal, and will be overly chatty if he is feeling bored or ignored. He is very cute, sensitive and sweet. He plays very gently and would likely get along great with children. He should not be left alone for long periods - he gets very depressed when I go out of town for work! All he needs is your love and some extra medical care. Mr. Boy was diagnosed with feline asthma in May 2022. He also has FHV which he had at the time of his adoption. He is negative for FIV. His asthma symptoms are usually mild and are well managed by his current medications.

Story
When he isn't shy and looking for new hiding spots (and he will be very much so at first), this 12-year old senior loves to be pet and sleep on top of people during the night. Butt scratches are always a hit, and his higher-pitched mews are an adorable trait. Originally fostered in Los Angeles about 11 years ago, I fell in love with him right from the start. Sadly, he never adapted to his new life around young kids, which is why we are looking to give him to someone who preferably has another cat (for additional company) and no young children. He would most likely prefer a quiet household with lots of nooks and crannies to explore and hide in. Purely indoor cat.

Story
Kira is a very loving and affectionate cat, who loves to sunbathe and sit on your lap while you work. She does well with dogs, we also have a cocker spaniel; and although she has shared the house with another cat for 3 years, I think she would prefer to be the only cat in the household. She is spayed, and is and has always been up to date with shots and vaccines. Since the birth of our son, Kira has become increasingly territorial towards our son, as well as the other cat in the house. We have tried to ease her concerns, but we feel it would be best for her to find a new home where she is the center of attention.
