Story
Bruno is a big-hearted, playful pup with the soul of a gentle giant who is now local in New England. He showed up one night at one of our southern fosters home and never left – probably because he found love, comfort, and a soft couch. He wrestled sweetly with puppies (never too rough), shared space with a cat, and even took naps on the same bed. https://youtu.be/eHPlSqDtukYAnd he ignored the resident chickens. And Bruno thoroughly adored petting and attention from his foster's 4-year-old granddaughter. They even napped together at times!! His new foster mom said that he has been a super sweet dog who has done well with her dog and has politely ignored her cat. He’s been a very good, very quiet boy in his crate, and even ran in there on his own one night because of some local fireworks. He’s been on a few short hikes and seems to love exploring and really likes to cool himself off in streams and puddles! It is clear that he’s a great dog and any family would be lucky to have him! ❤️Bruno has excellent recall, especially when roaming in a fenced yard. He always enjoys a game of fetch. He also walks nicely on a leash—unless there's a squirrel but usually responds quickly when called off.He adores car rides, hopping in happily and riding like a champ. More than anything, Bruno wants to be with his people. He's a "go everywhere" kind of dog who thrives on companionship and affection. Bruno is happy to play fetch in the back yard and take walks. He'd be just as happy as an only dog or having a companion to hang with. Most of all, he needs a family that embraces his lapdog heart and doesn't mind a big body curled up beside them at night.Bruno is an extraordinary boy looking for an equally extraordinary home.
