NOTES: (2-19-24) This dog has been in our rescue for 102 days. Applications received: 0 **Basic Information** 1 - 2 Years Old Male Heartworm, Flea, and Tick Treated UTD Golden/Chestnut and White **DNA Scans** American Stafford Terrier **Background** We don't have much information on Lenny. He was found as a stray by the Medina County Dog Warden and was reported to be a very loving guy. Lenny was also dog friendly at intake. He was pending euthanization due to kennel frustration and Coming Back Home Rescue has decided to pull Lenny and bring him "back home". He has few scars and was anemic at the time of pull. (11/17) Lenny has been a wonderful house guest with very few accidents in the home and can be left out of the cage without worry. He currently lives with two other dogs and plays with a male Great Pyrenees. But, play time must be monitored as tension can build between dogs as he's learning to play. We learned he likes calmer, submissive dogs. Lenny is an amazing snuggle bug! He loves giving hugs and kisses. Would be content just snuggling up with someone. Well behaved and just seeking a comfortable home to land on. Lenny has a good balance of calm and excitable. **Home / Handler Recommendations** Beginner Friendly • Homes with moderate human interactions. • Handler with patience and understanding.

This beautiful 2 year old brindle beauty is Violet! Violet is a 2 year old pittie and is full grown at 60 lbs. Violet has such a beautiful soul! She's a very shy girl, but once you spend some time with her and get that first tail wag, your heart will just melt. Violet recently went to the vet and did great at her appointment! It was her first time going to the vet ever, because in her past life she was used for breeding and never got medical done. Violet was quiet and stoic getting all of her shots and even her heartworm test done which was negative. Good job, Violet! Violet loves to go for walks with volunteers. She now walks with our other TRI adoptable pittie, Shorty. Cinnamon is a female terrier mix that weighs around 63 pounds and is approximately 2  years old. This fun-sized gal came to us as an owner surrender through no fault of her own. This girl has the most beautiful swirly colors in her velvety coat. She knows only one emotion and that is utter happiness. Cinnamon is playful, curious, high energy, and happy as a clam at all times. Her tail wags a mile a minute. She can pull on leash but she walks well for the most part. Cinnamon would love life even more if she could have a yard and toys and a family to dote on her. She loves children. Older children are best because of her size. She has had no exposure to cats. She has good potential with other dogs. As always, a meet and greet is required for resident dogs. Cinnamon is available for our foster to adopt program which means you can foster her in your home until she finishes her vetting which includes vaccines and heartworm testing. Heartbreakingly and urgently searching for a good home for our sweet brindle pittie mix of 4 years. She needs to be an only pet, but is spayed, UTD on vetting, command trained, a great listener, wonderful on a leash w/pinch collar, LOVES her humans (NO human aggression!), loves to travel or be lazy - would adapt well anywhere. She takes a day or two to adjust to new people, but with belly rubs and treats is a sucker!! She’s also the perfect size, at ~40lbs. Over the past year, her resource aggression and animal reactivity has escalated to the point where our trainers are urging us to rehome her for the safety of our other pets. This has been absolutely gut-wrenching for my husband and I, but we just know that there is a great, pet-free home waiting for her out there!

Boomer is 4 years old. His birthday is November 5, 2019. We adopted Boomer as a baby right before covid. He is a lovable, goofy, giant lapdog. He loves to get pets and give ear kisses. He is a complete wiggle-butt. When he is excited you will know! He shakes so hard that the ground shakes. He will push his body against your legs just to get more pets. You wont ever forget that he loves you. Why we are seeking a rehome: Since we got him during covid it was a challenge to socialize him since he grew up with no one at the dog parks and unfortunately that got worse after we moved in 2021. He was attacked by a family members dog on 2 different occasions which led him to becoming aggressive towards other dogs. We have 2 kids and have also noticed him growling/lunging at our youngest child on multiple occasions unprovoked. He is fine with our oldest but he does not like our youngest. This is the main concern as we can't always keep them 100% separate. It's an unfair way to live.
