Story
Tallulah is a beautiful 2 year old Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepard mix. She is extremely loving, playful, and intelligent and loves cuddles and belly scratches. She was raised on our farm to be a livestock guardian dog. We are selling our farm, and we need to find the right home for T. We believe she would do well with land, another dog buddy, or possibly an older LGD to learn from. She has scared many a coyote away from our farm but still needs some training/support to not play with goats. Not sure if she will ever be a chicken guardian (at least in the same area). Tallulah is shy with strangers, but once she gains your trust, she will be begging for your rubs. She is wonderful with children. She has recently done well with other dogs and does great at the vet. T walks well on the leash and loves going for walks and dipping her paws in streams. She also enjoys relaxing beside her people. She is the sweetest dog and will be a loving companion and guardian for the right folks.

Story
My name is Tito. I am an Anatolian Shepherd Mix. I am a big goofy and friendly guy. I am 93 lbs and 4 years old. I am housebroken and I do just fine in a crate but so far, I am also pretty trustworthy even when eyes aren't on me! We don't think the crate will be a necessity for too long for me. I am gentle with cats and dogs and also playful. I have spent time around young kids and also appropriate and happy around them. One thing - I don't seem to know my size sometimes so I do tend to bump into things - ha! I am a mild energy type of dog... I like to play with my toys - squeaky and crinkly are my favs; I like to romp a bit in the yard, go on nice walks; but, overall I am pretty chill! A fenced in yard would be great for me and just a nice person or family to show me tons of love! Here is a link to the application if you are interested in me! https://asecondchanceforziva.org/adopt/adoption-process-application/

Story
Winston and Phoebe are beautiful Anatolian shepherd mixes that have pretty good size paws. These puppies were dumped in somebody’s driveway in the country, where they sat all night, waiting for someone to find them. Winston and Phoebe currently weigh 25 lbs as of 8/2/24 – We estimate they will be around 55-70 lbs once full grown. These 2 are just as friendly as sweet as can be. When the owner of the home they were dumped at walked outside, they ran up to the owners, tails wagging and tongues out. They LOVE to kiss you and be right next to you. Winston and Phoebe are gentle giants. They are not crazy puppies, but they do love their playtime. Give them toys and they put them in their mouths and run all over the house and yard with them. They LOVE their toys. They can entertain themselves, but they prefer a play buddy (whether it’s an adult, child or other doggy) These gorgeous pups have been introduced to small and big dogs and get along great with both! They look up to other dogs for more confidence but would be great in a home with or without other dogs. Winston and Phoebe adore kitties. They love to cuddle with them in the beds and hang out with them. Inside or outside cats, no issues at all. They may even prefer a cat sibling! They LOVE kids! They would prefer children over boring adults any day. They have the goofiest and friendliest of personalities. Winston and Phoebe also love water – they would make great adventure buddies. They love to explore and are very curious pups. They catch on quickly to everything you’re doing and will follow you around to watch you. These 2 pups will bring joy, love and laughter into your and your family’s life. Please consider adopting today. _______________________________________________________________________________ If you would like to adopt this doggy/puppy, please complete an application on our website: www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is healthy, up to date on vaccinations, current on preventions, dewormed and microchipped. A certificate of health is issued from a vet prior to transport. We are a small, struggling rescue in Texas where we do our best to prevent euthanasia in shelters and help stray and neglected animals find forever homes. Adoption fees are our only source of funding for the rescue. Unless otherwise specified at the top of the profile for this animal, this animal is considered to be located in foster care in Texas and available for transport once adopted.

Story
Meet Daredevil! He is the bravest superhero with no sight. This handsome young floof ball is about 5 months old and weighs 20 pounds. We are not exactly sure what breeds he has in him but we suspect something like Anatolian Sheperd or Great Pyrenees and he reminds us a little of an Akita!. Daredevil earned his name due to the fact that he has no eyeballs, and like the character himself is still the most brave of souls! Daredevil tries his best to be a normal dog, he will even use the potty pads when he needs to potty! The best way he has learned is by being with other dogs, his foster fur siblings truly helped bring him out of his shell, so he would thrive best in a home with another dog. His foster mom has done great at trying to introduce him to the outside world but as to be expected all the different noises can be a bit scary not being able to see what they are. Daredevil will need lots of training to adjust as he grows, but is the sweetest of boys you will ever meet. Interested in becoming this pup’s forever home? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and the perfect forever home for our dogs. We appreciate you working with us. Our adoption fee is $650. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!

Story
Mila was surrendered because she wanted to be with people rather than sheep so she wasn't a very good livestock guard dog. Mila is really just a big ham who loves belly rubs. She is tons of fun and loves people. She is very food motivated so this can be used to help do some training with her. Mila loves people and would prefer to be the only dog in the home. We do not know what she thinks of cats. Due to her size, a home with kids 8+ is preferred (she loves kids but may accidently knock some smaller ones over). This gorgeous girl is about 2-3 years old and 108 pounds of hunka hunka burning love ❤️. Please help Mila find the loving home she deserves. Additional video of Mila: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuEeJYyb2Q4 **Please note we currently have another dog with a similar name. Please make sure you use the spelling "MILA" on your application or correspondence to avoid any confusions. We do NOT ship our animals.
