Looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with love every single day? Allow us to introduce Kelly, a stunning girl with a heart full of affection and a spirit that lights up every room she enters. And SPEAKING of showers.... SHE LOVES THE WATER :) Kelly is a love bug through and through. One of her favorite things in the world is giving warm, gentle hugs. Lean in, and she’ll nestle right into you, as if to say, “You’re my person.” She absolutely adores being close to her humans, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than curling up beside you after a day full adventures. Scratches? Yes, please! Behind the ears, under the chin, or right at the base of her tail—Kelly is always up for a good scratch session, and she’ll reward you with the sweetest look of pure bliss. Kelly is the kind of dog who will quickly become your shadow—in the best way. She’s loyal, calm, and always eager to be part of the action, whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a walk around the neighborhood. She thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where she gets plenty of attention, affection, and quality time with her people. She's the perfect blend of affectionate and mellow—loving and eager to please. Kelly is ready to start her next chapter with someone who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. In return, she promises endless cuddles, constant companionship, and unconditional love. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Toasty, an Anatolian Shepherd / St. Bernard mix turning 3 this April. I’ve had the privilege of raising him since he was just 8 weeks old, and he has been nothing but a loyal, loving, and unforgettable companion. Toasty is full of life and personality. He has grown up around kids of all ages—from toddlers to teens—and showers them with affection, laughter, and the occasional goofy moment. He’s naturally protective, deeply devoted to his people, and happiest when he has space to roam and a purpose to fulfill. His big, thunderous bark may surprise you, but it comes from a place of love and pride—he truly believes it’s his job to keep everyone safe. He’s housebroken, understands verbal and hand commands, and finds pure joy in the simple things: outdoor adventures, splashing in water, fresh air, and being close to the people he loves. This is not an easy decision. My work schedule has changed, and I no longer have the time Toasty deserves. He spends too much time alone, and he deserve

Story
If you’ve ever watched It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and thought, “You know what this situation needs? A massive, lovable dog,” then congratulations—you’ve found Pepe Silvia. Much like his namesake, Pepe is a presence. Big? Absolutely. Mysterious? Only in the sense that you’ll never understand how one dog can be this handsome and this doofy at the same time. At just 1 year old and 87 lbs of premium fluff, he’s basically a walking hug who believes personal space is a myth invented by the mailroom. Pepe is an absolute love and a half—deeply committed to snacks, very into you, and fiercely loyal to his toy collection (which he manages like an evidence board covered in red string). He’s goofy, affectionate, and radiates that gentle giant energy—where being bigger just means there’s more of him to cuddle. Ya dig? Important memo from the mailroom: Pepe thinks cats and other small animals are for chasing, not coexisting. Because of this, he’s looking for a home without cats or small animals, where he can focus his investigative talents elsewhere (like locating dropped snacks). If you’re ready for a big, sweet, snack-motivated best friend who will happily crash your couch and your heart, Pepe Silvia is here. And yes… he definitely exists. The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.

**About Mini:** Thank you for your interest in adopting Mini. Please know that Mini is an international rescue through Taiwan. When your application is approved, you will need to pick her up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, IAH, YVR, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process for many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Mini's Rescue Story Personality: Mini is absolutely the most perfect FMD (Formosan Mountain Dog) we have ever encountered. No word describes her better than "perfect." Mini was once tied up with a heavy chain outside a house. The house was empty—no one lived there. The owner had simply tied Mini and another dog there, often leaving them without food or water. Since both dogs were chained and unable to forage, they could only bark for help. It was these barks that a member of our rescue organization heard while passing by. The rescuer tried to find the owner but quickly realized the house was abandoned. Neighbors said the owner only came by occasionally. Because the dogs were chained on private property right by the door, the rescuers couldn't take them immediately, so they committed to bringing them food every day. One day, the rescuer saw Mini wandering outside alone. Unsure why she had been abandoned, Mini was just moving aimlessly, sniffing for food, and even approaching people for attention. When she saw the rescuer from a distance, Mini recognized her. She quickly ran over and immediately lay on the ground, rolling onto her belly to show affection. Knowing Mini had been deliberately abandoned, the rescuer took her home immediately. What makes Mini so incredible is how incredibly smart and friendly she is. She immediately learned to use pee pads indoors and was accurate every time. Her calm, non-confrontational, and incredibly optimistic personality means she gets along wonderfully with people (including children), cats, and other dogs! Mini's rescuer summarizes her by saying: "Goofy, great natured, and very easy to care for." This perfect personality makes her an ideal match for both first-time and experienced families. Mini spent her early life chained up and hungry. Now, she is ready to find her forever home—a home that can give her the warmth and love she has always deserved. If you are interested in Mini, please contact us anytime!

Hi, I’m Dolly! I’m a wild child who loves to play and have fun. I’m strong and full of energy, but I walk well on a leash and respond really well to redirection when I get a little too excited. I’m very dog friendly and I’m fully potty trained. People say I remind them of Bam Bam from The Flintstones — full of energy, strong, and impossible not to love. If you’re looking for a playful, spirited companion who will keep you laughing and active, I’m your girl! I am currently located in Texas but am available for adoption in multiple states across the country. My out of state adoption fee is $750. This fee helps cover the cost of care while I was at the shelter AND the cost of transporting me home! This includes: spay/neuter, if unaltered upon intake. age-appropriate vaccinations during time in care. a registered microchip if unchipped upon intake. a heartworm test if over six months of age. current flea/tick prevention during time in care. 3(+) broad spectrum deworming treatment. any medical expenses while in care. a health certificate for travel. the cost of travel (drivers, gas, and vehicle maintenance if via our route, or up to $200 in crate rental fees if on another transporter’s route!)
