Story
Say hello to Kelani! She is a 1 year old, 37lb, Australian Shepherd who came to us as a stray from CA. She is loving and sweet and is ready to find her forever home! Kelani loves people, and will be very bonded to her family. She is your typical Aussie that enjoys being active, but after some good activity, would love to cuddle up with her people and relax. She would do well with a family that enjoys outdoor adventures! Kelani has been good with other dogs in our care, and would enjoy a dog friend in her forever home, or do fine as an only dog with continued socialization. Kelani has not need tested with kids or cats. We would love to find her a home with a fenced yard to run and play. She is UTD on shots, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
Annie the Anatolian So glad to meet you! I am a gorgeous, floofy young adult girl with big paws & an even bigger heart. I am likely not a purebred Anatolian; I share a lot of characteristics with Great Pyrenees, another big, floofy breed. Both breed are guardians at heart. I am a little shy when I first meet people, but soon warm up, especially with children. I am also shy at first with other dogs, unless they are trying to butt in when you are loving on me! I love to eat. I am crate trained. I’m learning to love being brushed. Cats are ok. Digging random holes in the backyard is a lot of fun. I would love to become part of your family! Adopt me through God’s Dogs Rescue. Attributes: 90% housebroken Shy at first, but warms up quickly Affection hog Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with love every single day? Allow us to introduce Kelly, a stunning girl with a heart full of affection and a spirit that lights up every room she enters. And SPEAKING of showers.... SHE LOVES THE WATER :) Kelly is a love bug through and through. One of her favorite things in the world is giving warm, gentle hugs. Lean in, and she’ll nestle right into you, as if to say, “You’re my person.” She absolutely adores being close to her humans, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than curling up beside you after a day full adventures. Scratches? Yes, please! Behind the ears, under the chin, or right at the base of her tail—Kelly is always up for a good scratch session, and she’ll reward you with the sweetest look of pure bliss. Kelly is the kind of dog who will quickly become your shadow—in the best way. She’s loyal, calm, and always eager to be part of the action, whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a walk around the neighborhood. She thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where she gets plenty of attention, affection, and quality time with her people. She's the perfect blend of affectionate and mellow—loving and eager to please. Kelly is ready to start her next chapter with someone who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. In return, she promises endless cuddles, constant companionship, and unconditional love. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
About Atticus, Beans, and Frank Atticus, Beans, and Frank are 7-month-old Australian shepherd/labradoodle mix puppies who were rescued from a bad situation. They were not well socialized in that home, and so they are shy and skittish. Potential adopters may need to make several visits to give them a chance to get acquainted before they are ready to go to their new homes. All three are male. Beans has a brown and tan coat. Frank’s coat is brown and white and has more curl. He is odd eyed (having one blue and one brown eye). Atticus has a blue merle coat and is also odd-eyed. Atticus has been adopted Considerations Potential adopters may need to make more than one visit so they can get acquainted.

Story
Animal Profile: Looking for a partner in crime? Meet Felon! He's a neutered male Belgian Malinois that is around 18 months old, 55 lbs, and is ready for a person to call his own. Despite his menacing name, this boy is a bundle of joy in a svelte package. Felon loves to go at full speed and would be a fantastic companion for someone looking to get into dog sports -- dock diving, barn hunt, IPO -- he wants a shot to shine! In typical Malinois form, he is highly intelligent, loyal, and athletic. He shows moderate food drive and high toy drive and is an exceptionally quick learner. He does have an off switch and is content to chill on place command with a stuffy toy, or in his crate. Felon is very friendly meeting new people and has lived with other dogs as well as cats, but will be best in a cat-free home. Felon has a strong grasp of basic obedience training including recall, place and loose leash walking. With this foundation he's ready to shine with a family dedicated to providing ongoing mental and physical stimulation, structure and leadership.  Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Adopter Profile: Large breed dog experience required Working breed dog experience preferred Other dogs of similar size OK No small dogs or cats Secure fenced yard preferred Interest in training/dog sports  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, and microchip with lifetime registration. Felon's adoption will include a go-home training session to set his future family up for success. The adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 non profit organization. Animal History: Felon was rescued from a chain in Baton Rouge Louisana by Trample Dog Rescue and taken in by The Good Dog, who relocated to Bellingham. He is currently being fostered by The Good Dog Way in Bellingham and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. Potential adopters will need to be available to meet Felon in Bellingham, WA.December 21, 2025, 11:30 am

Story
Animal Information: Waffles is a 10-month-old neutered male Malinois mix who currently weighs 70lbs, but does need to lose a little weight! He and his littermates were left in a parking lot at Devore shelter when they were just 8 weeks old. Unfortunately the shelter was full so one of our rescue partners took the puppies home to vet them and find them families. Waffles is the last of the litter many months later, and he has been living in a trailer park with other dogs and people. We look forward to meeting him! Foster Profile:  Waffles is such a big love! He would do great in a home with a balanced dog friend but would also be fine as an only dog with an active family. He loves all people and other dogs and is quite a “leaner” so be prepared for lots of affection from this sweet boy. Waffles is crate and potty trained. He can be a little vocal when he is first settling in, so we are not considering apartments for him at this time. He’d love a home with a fence yard and a bit of room to run and play.  Waffles is an energetic boy and would make a great running/hiking partner, but he does have a good off switch when inside and it’s time to chill. An owner with Malinois/Shepherd experience would probably be best for Waffles as he is a big floppy/jumpy puppy at this point and will benefit from continued balanced training. As is common for his breed and age, he is a bit mouthy when playing, so would be a lot to manage with young children, but older, dog savvy kids would be just fine. Overall Waffles is a sweet boy with lots of love to give to a lucky PNW family. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was transferred from CA via Wiggle Butts, arriving to foster care on 12/13/2025 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.January 13, 2026, 12:41 pm
