She can be reactive to other dogs because she gets very excited to meet them and has a hard time containing her enthusiasm. Looks like: Blue Heeler Male, 5 years old (estimated), 45 pounds Rocco is a charming boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. This sweet boy has a gentle, affectionate nature and is always happy to make new friends, both human and canine. Rocco does have some medical needs related to one of his back legs, but don't worry, our trusted vet clinic is actively working on a plan and will help guide his adopter through everything he needs. Rocco doesn't let this slow him down emotionally; his happy spirit and loving personality shine through every day. Sweet Rocco joined us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after he was found as a stray. He joined POMDR due to his medical needs and the space limitations at the shelter.
