Story
If you’re looking for a dog who will fill your days with laughter, love, and nonstop tail wags (or butt wiggles for a better description), Adelaide is your girl! This wiggly bundle of joy has never met a stranger! She’s happiest when she’s right in the middle of the action, soaking up all the attention and giving it right back. Adelaide is full of personality and energy! She loves pets, belly rubs, and being told how gorgeous she is (and trust us — she already knows!). Whether she’s showing off her happy dance or leaning in for some love, Adelaide’s enthusiasm for life is absolutely contagious. She’d thrive with a family who’s ready for adventure, playtime, and lots of cuddles. Adelaide’s motto? “If you’ve got hands, I’ve got time for pets!”

Tucker is a cattle dog mix with a soft soul and an even softer spot for cuddles. His expressive eyes and sweet demeanor make it easy to fall in love, but his gentle, affectionate nature truly sets him apart. Tucker thrives on close bonds and adores nothing more than curling up in your lap—he even loves being held like a baby. He’s a true cuddlebug! He is looking for a home without other pets or children. He’ll do best with experienced adopters who can give him the attention and one-on-one companionship he craves. If you're searching for a devoted companion who just wants to be by your side (or in your arms), Tucker may be the perfect match. Tucker is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines!

Story
Charlie is a happy pup and an all around good boy. He turned a year in February. He is not a jumper or a barker and would make a great addition to any home. I am looking for a home for him that he can have more attention than he is able to get right now. He spends long periods alone and deserves more love and attention. He’s good with cats, kids, and other dogs.

Story
Bandit it a 2 year old cattle dog mix. He is about 40 pounds. He is good with other dogs, kids, cats, and both men and women. He is house broken and crate trained. Bandit is going to need a family who can be patient with him. He is not aggressive, just scared of everything right now. He comes from a horrible background where he was part of a hoarding situation where 81 dogs were living in an outside kennel. He has come a long way but still has a way to go before he is a "normal" dog. It is currently just a slow progress. But he is just going with the flow and I change things up on him. He is doing great but needs someone to continue to work with him. He's a great dog just really scared right now. If you would like to meet this dog, please call Kim at 630-639-7599. The adoption fee is $275. Adoption fee includes: - microchip - spay/neuter - age appropriate vaccinations: Bordetella, DH(L)PP, rabies - heartworm preventive & flea/tick preventive - deworming

Story
Maisie is a sweet 10-year-old Blue Heeler/German Shepherd mix I rescued five years ago from a different owner. She is house-trained, knows her commands, and LOVES to run and play. Blue Heelers require A LOT of exercise and attention. She would thrive in a home with someone with experience. Maisie is a true Velcro dog. She loves to be by your side and will be your loyal shadow. She gets anxiety around small kids, and preferably no other dogs (cats are ok) where she can get all the love and attention she craves. She is not a fan of crates (they give her anxiety) and prefers to have freedom and companionship. The ideal home for her would be somewhere with space to roam, a farm or large yard would make her happiest. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to give her the exercise and attention she deserves, so I'm hoping to find her a home where she can truly thrive. I can tell the busy schedule is really starting to affect her, and I don't want her live out her last years lonely.
