Story
For the month of April, the adoption fee is $200 with approved application. Call our office for adoption details! 815-725-0333Taylor is a three year old Cattle Dog mix available for adoption. Taylor has been with us before but unfortunately, her owner did come back for her this time. Taylor does well with other dogs but her cattle dog energy can come off strong in the beginning. Once she settles, she is all play bows and tail wags. No cats for Ms Taylor though. Taylor loves treats and will sit patiently to earn her biscuits. Taylor enjoys going on walks and stretching her legs. She would love an active family that takes her on adventures or strolls around the neighborhood. Her adoption fee is $235, which includes her vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and spay.

Story
Hi everyone! My name is Sadie! Before you ask, I am not a teddy bear--I am just the cutest, fluffiest Aussie doodle looking for a person to call my own! I am approximately a year old and currently 50 pounds, ish. I'm a big girl! But that means I have more surface area for you to snuggle and squish. My foster mom says I'm brilliant, and an excellent listener. I know my name and I am super responsive to it. I am good at learning new commands and tricks after just a few tries, and I take corrections easily. I still have a lot to learn though, so I'm hoping that you and me can continue working on my training. Right now, I am mastering my potty training and crate training so I can be ready for you when you bring me home. You could even show me off to all of your friends and brag about how smart I am! I have a sweet, gentle, trusting, and happy-go-lucky attitude. I'm a real ray of sunshine! I am usually quiet, but I will alert you at once if I sense something strange in my environment. I like other pets, including cats. I handle new experiences, environments, people and animals like a pro. I would love a big space to romp around in. A good fit for me would be a family who is active. Take me with you on runs or bike rides or hikes! I'll make sure we have a blast, no matter where we go. Another playful resident dog would be great but if you are completely dedicated to me I could be your one and only.   If you are interested in adopting/meeting this pup , please complete our online adoption application that you can find here: https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/adopt/dog-adoption-application  . Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet! The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
