He was recently surrendered to our facility when his owner was no longer able to care for him. From the moment Simba arrived, he made quite the impression—greeting everyone with enthusiastic tail wags, wiggly excitement, and plenty of big kisses. He is a social, affectionate dog who truly loves being around people and thrives on attention and praise. Simba does well with other dogs and has previously lived with young children, where he did great. His friendly and easygoing nature makes him a wonderful candidate for a family environment. He’s also a big people pleaser, always eager to learn and make his humans happy. With his intelligence and willingness to please, Simba has all the qualities to excel in training and would enjoy activities that keep both his mind and body engaged. This is Apollo he is about 2 year old red heeler, He is house and crate trained and has plenty of manners knows commands, neutered, and for us does well on and off leash ! As well as with other animals. very speedy and loves to get the zoomies , we are only rehoming due to our family expanding (baby) and he needs more attention than we can provide for him with having multiple animals in the home, he will come with his crate bowls and etc to keep him comfortable,,,, he is an amazing dog looking for active owner or family!

Story
This is Eros! He is around 8-9 years old! He weighs about 28 pounds at the current time. The reason we are rehoming him is due to some behavioral issues with house training. He’s always had this issue since we originally adopted him back in 2020. Originally this wasn’t a major issue and my husband and I were able to handle this issue pretty decently. However, I became pregnant in October of this past year and his issues have just seemed to gotten out of hand. No matter how much we scheduled his water intake, or how much of schedule he was on when my husband and I were home from work, he just couldn’t seem to hold it in. As of 2022 he had no Cushings disease or diabetes, but it wouldn’t hurt to get him tested again. My husband and I wanted so badly for him to get better but with my preeclampsia and the amount of stress this puts on me, and for the baby’s sake, it is not a healthy fit for us anymore. It breaks our hearts and was the last thing we wanted to do. We are about 80% sure he has some slight separation anxiety as I use to work from home until around March 2025 last year. He is usually home alone around 5-8 hours and is a hit or miss with soiling his crate. He was good at my parents home that had no yard but not 100% trust worthy to leave unattended. I would definitely recommend a fenced yard but he is alright with one that’s not fenced in. He is good with cats and other dogs. He is a little timid around men, (and new people in general ) but he will warm up. If you would like to meet this dog, please call Teri at 630-897-7454. The adoption fee is $150. Wiley is an amazing puppy. She was adopted by my father from a rescue but the reality is, he isn’t in a place to be a good pet owner at this time. I’d take her myself but have 4 kids of my own and know i can’t give her the attention she deserves. Shes great with babies and kids, is house broken, and walks well on a leash. Shes just a puppy who needs a nice big yard to run and play in, and someone who’s got time to train her a little more. She’d be a great addition to a young family.

I’m Pinky. Easy Days, Sunny Spots, and Just Enough Play.I'm currently in Georgia. My bags are packed, I’m ready to travel to my new home. Where are you? Are you my new family? I’ll travel to you! I’m a cattle dog and Lab mix, around 55 pounds, spayed, and up to date on all my shots. I’ve reached that good part of life where I know who I am and what I like. I like walks. Not rushed, not chaotic. Just a good pace, fresh air, and something to look at along the way. I like the sun too. Give me a warm spot and I’ll stretch out like I’ve been doing it forever. I’m a laid-back girl, but don’t mistake that for boring. I still get my moments. I’ll run around the yard, play a bit, enjoy myself, then settle right back down like nothing happened. I like other dogs as long as they’re respectful. No pushy behavior, no nonsense. If they’re calm and know how to share space, we’ll get along just fine. Cats don’t really interest me. I’ve seen them, I let them be. I’ve done well with crate training. I understand routine. I don’t need constant direction. I know how to live in a home and be part of it without taking it over. What I want now is simple. A place where I can relax, enjoy my days, and still have a little fun along the way. A person who appreciates a dog who doesn’t need to prove anything.
