Story
Meet Cindy - Available for Adoption North Carolina Looking for a dog who wants to be your side kick? Being close to you will always make her happy. She is smart and loving. She could easily be a therapy dog. She would happy as an only dog or not. She does well with other dogs. Not sure about cats. Her person is her favorite part of her world. If you're retired or work from home and need a friend then Cindy is your dog. Whether you live alone or as a family, with or without kids, she'll fit in perfectly. She has the best personality and is happy just sitting w you on the couch or playing on the floor. She can jumper high so could easily scale a 6 ft chain link fence. A wooden fenced in yard would be best for her. She would be happy taking walks on her leash. The only reason she would scale a fence is to try to go with you. Summer is just around the corner and Cindy LOVES playing w the hose as you squirt water. Absolutely LOVES it! She is crate and house trained and spayed. She's current on her immunizations and microchipped. She weighs around 40 lbs and is a lab/cattle dog mix on the smaller size. She's received several training and is ready for her forever home. If you're interested please complete the following application. She is currently boarding and training at Natural Breed Kennels Resort in Midland. We would love for you to meet her! ❤️ Foster/Adoption Application https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdJcO2I9-K8FMjB9CNflX9xbOpIRjc0gyxzYtdkRn6zPluovw/viewform

Story
Introducing Maggie, a beautiful terrier mix looking for her forever home. Although she is estimated to be only slightly over a year old this sweet girl is full of joy. She loves to play, get lots of attention and is always happy. She does have quite a bit of energy so an active family and/ or a fenced in yard is preferred. She does well with other dogs, particularly energetic ones looking for a playmate, but needs to be in a home without cats as they can be a little too tempting to harass. She is currently strong on leash but our foster is working on her training, the world has so much to offer she gets super excited. She is housebroken and crate trained and ready for a loving family to call her own! If a shorter stature bundle of fun is what you are looking for in a dog, look no further! Story
Meet Locust, a charming cattle dog mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure. Though he may be a bit shy when you first meet, give him a little time and you'll uncover a loyal companion eager to share in all of life's great adventures. Locust is currently mastering the art of the leash, showing great promise with each day that passes. His intelligence and eagerness to learn make him a delightful student, embodying the keen, alert nature of his breed. Locust's heritage as a cattle dog shines through in his play; he has a unique herding play style that is both fascinating and endearing. Because of this, we believe Locust would thrive best in a home that understands and appreciates the nuances of his breed. A meet and greet with any potential canine siblings is essential to ensure a perfect match, allowing for a harmonious blend of personalities and play styles. Locust's ideal playmate would be one who understands his cues and can engage in his spirited, herding-based games. Given Locust's herding instincts, a home without small children would be best. He is not one to shy away from a loving family, but his instinct to herd might be too much for little ones to understand. Instead, Locust dreams of a home where he can flourish under the care of individuals or a family with older children or teens, who can respect his space as he learns and grows. In return, Locust promises a lifetime of loyalty, cuddles, and countless adventures. If you have the knowledge and heart for a breed as special as Locust, and you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey with this remarkable dog, we encourage you to reach out. Locust is waiting to meet his forever family-could that be you?
