Story
Meet Cooper, who comes to us from the Cabarrus County Shelter. Cooper is an 11-year-old, 60 lb., sweet and loving Australian Shepherd. Cooper is housetrained, crate trained walks good on a leash, and loves other dogs and people. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. While he is a bit hard of hearing, this vibrant boy radiates enthusiasm and youthful energy, embracing each new day with unbridled excitement and adventure. With every step, Cooper discovers joy in the simplest things - a walk with his best friend, a chance to sniff out hidden treasures, and the freedom to explore. When let loose in a yard, he continues to explore, until he discovers the perfect spot to unwind and contently rest. Cooper's striking appearance captures hearts, and his affectionate nature, coupled with a desire for human connection, makes him an ideal companion for someone seeking a devoted friend. His playful spirit belies his age, and his zest for life invites you to share in the joy of making every day unforgettable. If you are interested in meeting Cooper, please reach out to us for an application.

Foxy is only 8 weeks old and already has us completely wrapped around her little paw. We are obsessed with her adorable ears and can’t wait to watch them pop up. And with those petite paws, we’re thinking she’ll stay that perfect smaller- medium size.

Story
We have fallen in love with the golden locks that Tony wears. He is a big, handsome, long-haired fella. He was unfortunate to spend too much time at the local animal shelter and is a little matted.  We will have to trim or shave him before adoption.  His temperament is very friendly, energetic, and he really wants to be a lap dog.  We can't get enough of him!  He's amazing. Neuter scheduled.  Adoption fee covers, shots, rabies shot, neuter, and microchip. Contact us for more information or to schedule a meet and greet.  www.stanlycountyhumanesociety.orgAdoption fees for pets with Stanly County Humane Society are to cover the following: *Spay/Neuter *Heartworm/Feline Testing *All standard vaccinations *Rabies Vaccination *Microchip  April 15, 2026, 6:27 pm
