PLEASE SHARE,   meet George, he has been with us quite awhile and would really like a loving home of his own. His birthday is 6-30-12.  George loves to hike, swim and just lay around on the couch or cuddling in bed.  George is very well behaved and a great dog.  In George's old home he had always been an only dog, then the family has children. George is very afraid of small children.  George wants to find a loving home where there are no little children crawling around scaring him.  George is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm/lyme test negative, on Heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention.   His old mother calls him the Lone Wolf.   If you have room in your heart and home for George or any of our other wonderful, beautiful babies please email Miracle House Animal Rescue with your name and telephone number to miraclehouserescue@gmail.com. Online Adoption Application › Sweet Luna came to our rescue with puppies. She was an incredible momma. All of her pups have since been adopted but she is still patiently waiting on someone to call her their girl. She loves walks and just discovered how much she loves the sand volleyball court! This sweet girl came to DASH fearful and shy with little confidence. She has made great strides in the DASH Prison Training Program. Her handler says " Luna is better than a good pet, she's a good friend and a great roommate". When you wake up, she's looking at you like "What are we going to do today?", but she is not afraid to be alone either. She will do best with a person who responds in a calm, relaxed approach. She is highly intelligent, affectionate and loyal and attaches quickly to one person. She loves everyone though. She's a great dog who just needs a chance with a family that has time for her. She will need time to decompress, with love and patience to show her she is safe and part of the family. Luna is not cat-friendly but is sociable with other dogs, just not puppies.She has not been "kid tested" so proper meet & greets are always in order. Online Adoption Application › Caden is a young Heeler mixed who loves people as much as he loves treats.  His trainer says he is very bright, affectionate and a happy pup.  He loves cuddling and taking naps with his person but only after a good fetch session or a brisk walk.   Caden is a calmer boy who has lower energy and very affectionate with his humans.  He is friends with everyone and all dogs.  Caden is housetrained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash.  He is currently in the DASH prison program and doing very well  with learning basic commands  He is very food motivated which has made him easy to train however, he can be food greedy and doesn't know when to stop eating. His trainer says "Caden knows his cues and is well-mannered and sociable. He's affectionate and playful and ready for his furever home where he would make an incredible companion". I'm a 7-month-old pup with a big heart and a gentle soul. When I first got to the shelter I was pretty shy, but my foster family has really helped me come out of my shell! I love having dog friends and could play with them all day-chasing, wrestling, and just being a goofy pup. I'm playful and super loving once I feel comfortable, but I can be a little shy at first. Give me a bit of patience and some kindness, and I'll be your loyal shadow and best buddy.

Hey Hey Woody is the name being awesome is my game! I`m still a younger guy so I could have a bit of energy. I`d love a family to play with and maybe go on some adventures. I`m unsure how I`d be around new dogs or children so if you have either please bring them all in so we can meet and see whether our energies match. I may need some refreshers on housetraining but with responsible, consistent training I think I`d catch on quickly.
