PLEASE SHARE,   meet George, he has been with us quite awhile and would really like a loving home of his own. His birthday is 6-30-12.  George loves to hike, swim and just lay around on the couch or cuddling in bed.  George is very well behaved and a great dog.  In George's old home he had always been an only dog, then the family has children. George is very afraid of small children.  George wants to find a loving home where there are no little children crawling around scaring him.  George is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm/lyme test negative, on Heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention.   His old mother calls him the Lone Wolf.   If you have room in your heart and home for George or any of our other wonderful, beautiful babies please email Miracle House Animal Rescue with your name and telephone number to miraclehouserescue@gmail.com. Online Adoption Application › Sweet Luna came to our rescue with puppies. She was an incredible momma. All of her pups have since been adopted but she is still patiently waiting on someone to call her their girl. She loves walks and just discovered how much she loves the sand volleyball court! This sweet girl came to DASH fearful and shy with little confidence. She has made great strides in the DASH Prison Training Program. Her handler says " Luna is better than a good pet, she's a good friend and a great roommate". When you wake up, she's looking at you like "What are we going to do today?", but she is not afraid to be alone either. She will do best with a person who responds in a calm, relaxed approach. She is highly intelligent, affectionate and loyal and attaches quickly to one person. She loves everyone though. She's a great dog who just needs a chance with a family that has time for her. She will need time to decompress, with love and patience to show her she is safe and part of the family. Luna is not cat-friendly but is sociable with other dogs, just not puppies.She has not been "kid tested" so proper meet & greets are always in order. We are excited and anticipate Luna finding her perfect home. Rescue Luna and she'll rescue you. Online Adoption Application › Caden is a young Heeler mixed who loves everyone.  His trainer says he is very bright, affectionate and a happy pup.  He loves cuddling and taking naps with his person but only after a good fetch session or a brisk walk.   Caden is a calmer boy who has lower energy and very affectionate with his humans.  He is friends with everyone and all dogs.  Caden is housetrained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash.  He is currently in the DASH prison program where he is working on basic training skills to make him the best dog for his future family.  He is very food motivated which has made him easy to train however, he can be food aggressive and doesn't know when to stop eating.  Due to his current foster placement he has not been introduced to children of any age or cats, so proper introductions to both are needed.  If Caden sounds like your perfect match then apply today to meet him at https://dashrescue.rescuegroups.org/info/adoptionVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 21, 2025, 3:37 pm

Dolly is a typical girlie girl, and we’ve learned that means she adores fall and all things pumpkin! 🎃 She also loves a good spa day, and his happy to model her salon photos. 🛁🫧💅 Dolly is the perfect mix of active and couch potato. She loves to play fetch and walk just as much as her naps under all the covers. (She's OBSESSED with soft blankets and likes to sleep under them with just her nose sticking out.) Quality time is her love language -- she loves to snuggle! She would be the perfect fit for a family with older children or active adults. She enjoys playgroups with other dogs, too. Dolly is hanging out in a foster home, so give us a call and ask how you can meet her! This pet is available through SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center, located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm. Huckleberry waborn on June 27, 2021 to our two heelers. He has grown up with us--around my 5 kids and our 2 other dogs. He is an EXCELLENT fetching dog. LOVES chasing a stick or ball. Also loves hiking. He is a typical red heeler with some anxiety and jumpiness, so physical activity a must. He is 57 lbs and a tall heeler,very fit. Neutered. UTD vaccines, inc. rabies. He does not like being around his dad Boone. We cannot rehome Boone due to his health issues. Huck has only ever been aggressive to Boone, and is fine around his humans, his mama Oakley and our male 5-year-old doodle. He has NEVER shown aggression toward any human inside or outside of our home. He has not been around cats. Huck is currently staying in the back yard, but weather is getting colder. It is a pretty desperate situation, because I do NOT want to place him in a shelter. Please message or call for more info on Huck. His adoption is time-sens. Experienced heeler owner only.
