Pancake is a Heeler mix who is a big love bug. She is currently in the DASH Prison program where she is learning basic commands and perfecting her manners to be the best pup for her future family. Pancake is house trained, does well in a crate, loves everyone, gets along well with other dogs, and walks great on a leash. She is currently working on being comfortable on crowds of people so her future adopter will need to continue making her feel comfortable. All of her pups have since been adopted but she is still patiently waiting on someone to call her their girl. When this sweet, loving girl came to DASH she was fearful and shy with little confidence. She came a long way while a part of our DASH Prison Training Program where she learned all of her basic commands and worked on her socialization and fearfulness. She is now in a foster home where she's blossomed even more. She loves to take car rides and go on adventures and loves her walks. She is highly intelligent, affectionate and loyal. She loves everyone she has met as her foster parents have frequent guests over. She has been around older children and loves to play with them. She has not been around small kids or babies. She's a great dog who just needs a chance with a family that has time for her. Luna is not cat-friendly, but she loves other dogs and even allows the foster home's new 9 lb puppy to play, groom and climb all over her. She is also crate trained and housebroken.
