You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Introducing Devonte! Like her namesake Philadelphia Eagles, she's a definite winner! She came to Dash over 10 months ago with her 2 teammates (siblings) sister Jaylen & Donovan, who have both found their forever homes. It's now this girl's turn. She is currently in the DASH Prison Program where she has mastered all of her 7 basic commands, along with some additional commands including come, stand up, off, crate, over, paw/shake and treat on the nose. She is very sweet, affectionate and very smart and would do best in an active home. She loves everyone she meets, dogs and humans alike. She has not been kid tested, but feel she would do fine with proper introductions. She has also not been cat tested. She is crate trained and housebroken in the prison setting and loves her toys, however, she would need to be watched if she has a stuffed toy, as she can sometimes destroy those. This little fellah is sweet, sassy, happy go lucky and looking for his forever home. He is currently in our DASH Prison Training Program where he is learning his manners and basic commands. He seems to have already picked up on sit, stay, down, wait & leave it. Of course he will need encouragement & continued practice as he acclimates to a new home environment. Cooper is affectionate, energetic, but also can be lazy and relaxed when it's time to snuggle. He loves water & baths, is leash trained, housetrained, doesn't complain in his crate. His trainer says he will go in his crate to sleep when he is told "bed time". He is smitten with this boy saying he is a happy dog who enjoys his toys, walks and social attention. Cooper loves all people and playing the other dogs. He has not been cat or kid tested so proper introductions are a must although Cooper would probably tell you he's ready to come home now! I’m Mercedes, a sweet and sassy Lovebug! I’m a 2-3 year old female Mixed breed. I weigh 36 pounds and am the perfect size. I am potty trained, crate trained and good with other animals. It may take me a while to warm up to you but once I do, we can be best friends! I like to follow around my foster mom and sit right next to her, as close as I possibly can and I’m also easily redirected to my bed when she needs some space. I bark at the people and dogs walking by the house but I am very friendly when I meet them on walks and at the dog park. I like playing with all kinds of toys and bones, eating yummy snacks, going for walks and taking a nap. I also love a good game of fetch including bringing the ball right back to you and dropping it at your feet. Before coming to SPEAK I was a stray and needed surgery on my hip after being hit by a car. I am much happier now that I have healed can run around. I will need some hikes and runs at the park to continue to progress and build muscle in my back leg and some patience to work on my confidence. I promise it will be worth it! My name is Jhar Jhar, Im and Australian Shepherd and Pocket Pitbull mix, I have become taller than my brothers and Sisters but I'm also more unique my eyes have a blu-ish Gray tint, I'm full of energy and walk with a unique stride. Show boatish, I'm very smart and dense at times I think my body isn't grown in my legs lol. I got my first round of shots when I was 4 weeks old.no one has ever chose me as there companion because of my size compared to the rest of the litter. My owner has went through a rough time losing his home to taxes, not only he but me and my brother and sis are also homeless. I promise if you pay attention to me, I will learn fast and protect my family with all my heart. Just someone to pay attention to me, is all I need to be happy.i have been with other dogs my whole life 7 months.my owner is running out of time as am I. I really need a new home. Leia is a 6 year old Blue Merle Australian shepherd who is a fierce bullet of jumping energy who is very friendly and loving with people, loves to chase cats (playfully), play with any kind of toy, and loves to chew hard on bones. She loves to tug with you but prefers to win. She is a jumper and very excitable and will sneak jumping kisses quicker than you are ready for. She follows me everywhere and has to know exactly what I'm doing at all times and is a very loyal and loving dog. She absolutely loves to run and chase anything. She is very eager to please and is well trained to alert you when she needs to go potty outside. She loves to be brushed. She will cuddle with you but isn't really a lap dog. She's more of the be near you all the time kind of dog but loves the pets and attention. She does get jealous for attention which leads into the important part about her - she is not great with other dogs. I moved in with my boyfriend and she is not getting along with his dogs.
