🐾 Meet Cricket! 🐾Cricket is a sweet little Heeler mix looking for a home that understands and loves everything that comes with these smart, active dogs! 💙🐕‍🦺 This 4-year-old gal is short, stout, and oh-so-cute at just 38 lbs! She’s got a thick double coat thanks to her Australian Cattle Dog 🇦🇺 + Australian Shepherd 🐑 mix, so get your brushes ready — she’ll "blow" her coat once or twice a year! 🧼🪮Cricket was once an indoor dog but was sadly left with someone who couldn’t keep up with her care. She’s ready to be back inside where she belongs 🏡💫. Out on walks, if you’re going too slow for her liking, she’ll happily do little circles around you just to keep her pace — it’s pretty adorable 🚶‍♂️➡️🔄🐾.She did go without regular meals for a while, so she’s currently protective of her food bowl 🥣🚫. For this reason, she’d do best in a home with older, respectful kiddos who understand that mealtime is her time. With consistent meals, love, and trust, this could improve — but she’d appreciate a home that’s patient and understanding 🕰️❤️.Cricket is a loyal companion with a big heart and a lot of love to give. She just needs the right human to help her shine again ✨🐶💕Cricket's adoption fee is $175, she is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, & flea & tick treated. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.Take advantage of our foster-to-adopt program, where you can take any dog 4 mos and older home for a week to make sure it is a good fit before committing to adoption.

She is also joined by her 2 teammates (siblings) sister Devonte & brother Donovan. This precious baby is looking for her forever home but the 1st stop on her journey is our DASH Prison Training Program where she will learn her puppy manners, basic commands and has already learned to sit! Of course, she will need continued training & guidance as she acclimates to her new home. Jaylen is almost crate trained but she still barks sometimes as she'd much rather be with her person. She is also working on leash & house/potty training, doing very well with both. Jaylen loves her toys, people & playing with the other dogs. She has not been cat or kid tested so proper introductions are required especially with little kiddos due to her puppy energy. (also affectionately known as Wild Bill) because he is a bundle of boundless energy and pure affection. He is doing very well with basic commands in the DASH Prison Training Program. He has been in the program for over a year and we are concerned, we don't know why such a great guy is still here! Willie, as his handler calls him, has learned sit, wait, stay, leave it, down, come & free - but he continues practice to keep it fresh and keep his mind occupied. He is crate trained and does not complain while in his crate. He loves to play with female dogs and most male dogs, he's a little picky (with larger, dominate dogs) so if there is another male dog in your home a meet and greet is required. This handsome guy is housebroken, does well in crowds and is a social butterfly! With an endless zest for life, this pup lives for the thrill of walks! His handler says, "Willie is one of the most social dogs I've ever known", also saying he "loves people " always wanting to be around you . He seeks attention, not always cuddles and snuggles, but always wants to be close by & insists on sleeping with his beloved humans. He is eagerly searching for his forever home, a place where his energetic spirit and un-wavering devotion can truly shine. This little fellah is sweet, sassy, happy go lucky and looking for his forever home. He is currently in our DASH Prison Training Program where he is learning his manners and basic commands. He seems to have already picked up on sit, stay, down, wait & leave it. Of course he will need encouragement & continued practice as he acclimates to a new home environment. Cooper is affectionate, energetic, but also can be lazy and relaxed when it's time to snuggle. He loves water & baths, is leash trained, housetrained, doesn't complain in his crate. His trainer says he will go in his crate to sleep when he is told "bed time". He is smitten with this boy saying he is a happy dog who enjoys his toys, walks and social attention.
