Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello Friends! My name is Dallas and I came to the Olive Branch with my suspected Brother Dusty as strays. We were posted on facebook and shared but sadly no one came to claim us... We are now available for adoption. I am a very sweet, calm and loving boy that loves to be petted I am a little shy when meeting new people but I open up real fast once I meet them. I seem to get along with most dogs. Cats are a different story they smell like somthing I would chase in the woods... So no cats for me please. I have been Neutered, fully vaccinated, and current on preventives. My 4DX combo test came back positive for lyme disease and also Anaplasmosis, so I have been treated for it with a round of antibiotics. If you are intrested in a big sweet lovable boy visit our website: olivebranchwv.org to fill out an application! Dont forget if you have any other dogs I would like to meet them as well. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 24, 2026, 10:15 am

Story
Meet Lydia! - Belly Scratches Connoisseur! This baby doll of a girl is absolutely head over heals for affection and play sessions! She warms up quickly to the people she has met here at the humane society, and has made it crystal clear that she is all about sharing the love she has stored in her heart! Unfortunately, Lydia has been through multiple environmental changes over the course of her life. This has resulted in her becoming easily overwhelmed and unsure of when being placed in new environments. Lydia needs someone who she can count on to give her the gift of decompression and consistency.

Story
Rango is a curious little wanderer with quite a sweet side. He can be shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he turns into a playful, affectionate companion who loves being with his people. Rango enjoys the company of other dogs, is incredibly food-motivated, and is happiest when he is outside exploring, sniffing every new scent the world has to offer. Rango's best fit: Rango will thrive with a family who appreciates his adventurous spirit. He is an outdoorsy boy who loves fresh air, movement, and the freedom to roam and explore — safely, of course. A patient home that gives him time to settle and encourages his confidence will help him shine. With love, routine, and plenty of sniffing opportunities, Rango will become an affectionate, joyful companion in no time.

Story
Need a reason to smile every day? Meet Zena! This certified social butterfly has never met a stranger and absolutely loves people, especially kids. She’s playful, affectionate, and full of personality. Zena has previously done well with other dogs but likes to set the pace when it comes to play. She’s a big fan of toys and chew time, handles vet visits like a champ, and has just the right mix of spunk and sweetness to keep her family laughing. Zena's best fit: Zena will thrive in an active home that can keep up with her energy and give her plenty of playtime and attention. Because she prefers to eat without sharing, she should be fed in her crate or her own space. She is happiest when surrounded by people and would love a family who includes her in adventures. She is scheduled for spay on Oct. 23.
