Story

Buddy is an amazing dog. He craves human interaction and is super active. He loves balls and freebies and will play fetch as long as you want. He's probably the smartest dog I ever had, he will pick up any training instantly, he currently knows: sit, stay, lay down, high five, fist bump, stand, turn, leave it, drop it, and gentle. However, he does not do well around other pets, he really needs a home that it's him and his owners. He does become reactive when in the presence of another dog, he has never been around a cat but I would not recommend. He does tend to ignore chickens quite well though. He is a goofball and will be an amazing pet once he has his own place - right now he shares a home with two other dogs and he is stressed by it.

   Meet Prince, a charming 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog and Blue Heeler mix! This sweet fellow now tips the scales at a healthy 30 pounds, but is expected to mature to around 40 pounds. He has a beautiful short white and black coat. Prince is a dog who wears his heart on his paw, ready to give his love freely to those who show him kindness! He would do well in a home with other dogs, but cats aren't his best friends. Prince should be adopted because he has so much love to give. His warm personality and playful nature make him the perfect companion for any family or individual looking for a loyal and loving friend! Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!. She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. Story

Blue Tellico is a lively 15-month-old Blue Heeler boy that is smart and everything you expect in a Blue Heeler/Cattle Dog. Trained by professionals, Blue Tellico showcases impressive agility and quickness with a strong passion to spend lots of time outdoors looking for adventures and romping in the local creek and looking for squirrels to chase. Despite his energetic nature, Tellico is incredibly affectionate and adores cuddle sessions. The ideal home is a setting with space to run and explore in the woods, a creek or water source nearby for him to play in, too.  BlueTellico gets along well with other animals but isn't suited for households with young children because he tries to herd them and the current children are scared of him and his desire to round them up.  He would truly be good on a horse farm or someplace that caters to his outdoor need.
