Carmie is incredibly smart, observant, and highly trainable, with a loyal and loving nature toward her people. Kalli is an Anatolian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix we adopted from a farm in Pennsylvania after falling in love with a photo of a blue-eyed puppy online. When we arrived, she looked nothing like the picture but, she was still perfect to us. On the drive back, she threw up all over my little brother, which we still find funny. From the start, Kalli showed how intelligent and energetic she is. When she was younger she would “herd” us by nipping at our ankles and bumping into us, always trying to keep everyone together and moving. She loves to bark, stay involved, and watch over her people. Rehoming her has been an incredibly difficult decision, but Kalli deserves a home that can better meet her needs with exercise, stimulation, and room to thrive. We hope she finds a loving family who understands her loyal, protective, funny spirit and gives her the life she deserves.
