Story
Hi, I'm Rosie! I am a sweet girl who loves to run and play. I would love to go on hikes, too! I am crate trained and housebroken. I sleep in a dog bed at night and do great riding in cars. I'd prefer to be the only dog in a home so I can get the attention I deserve. I would also do better with older kids. I am currently being fostered in the Pittsburgh, PA area but can be transported to an approved foster or adopter. I hope to meet you soon!

Story
Their names all begin with A.  Add + to that A, and you have this litter of Heeler mixes!  Names?  Well, let’s see.  There’s Aidan, the only boy, and the girls’ names are Adrian, Amara, Aria, and Adalena, all good looking in their short coats of various colors and their short legs to match!  Between 3 and 4 months old, they all weigh in the 20 lb. range, but they’ll be about 50 pounds when mature.  These babies have great temperaments.  They love playing with other dogs, kids, and their foster mom’s cat, too!  What does their report card say?  A+ of course!  (posted 6/25/23, TN)  **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $375 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  October 2, 2023, 5:49 pm

Story
Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!. She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
Blue Merlin is true blue to his Blue Heeler breed traits. He is all about being in charge and knowing where he is headed in life. This 2-3 year old boy is 40 pounds and a very loyal companion once you earn his trust.  Smart dogs don’t give their hearts to just anyone.  They want an owner to be smarter and as focused in life as they are.  Blue Merlin loves to have you get that leash out and go on adventurous walks He is housebroken, fine in the house uncrated for the day and he loves running around the fenced yard and playing with other dogs and having the time of his life.  He was part of an Amish breeder colony a few months ago and they decided he was not to be a stud anymore and gave him up to a woman who is a traveling nurse who didn't have a consistent home life for him.  has been around cats and wants them to play and if they don't ....he will bark at them for sport but NEVER hurts one. The Blue Heeler breed is so very focused on their people and Merlin is totally concerned that he meet your every need for the day.  He is the perfect PAL in life.  He is all about love and getting your attention and praise.  He has lots of love waiting for the right someone and there will never be a smarter dog that you will own than Blue Merlin.  Please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested.   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.October 2, 2023, 8:46 pm
