With her friendly and playful nature, she is sure to bring joy and laughter to her new family. Nicky is young and has her whole life ahead of her, so she is looking for a family that can give her the time, attention, and love she deserves. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Meet Chestnut!  She is around 2 years old and 45 lbs. This sweet girl is looking for a foster or forever home! In her foster home,  Chestnut immediately bonded with her 17 year old human foster sibling. She learned to enjoy her daily walks and brief social outings to the parks where she has enjoyed leashed interactions with other pups. She can be shy at first ,but warms up with time and treats. She has many traits of her beautiful breed including intelligence, loyalty, and friendliness. Chestnut is a very smart and athletic dog that would do great on agility courses. She still plays like a puppy and loves learning new things. Chestnut is house and crate trained. She can act like an alpha and would do well with a docile canine companion or would love to be queen of her castle. She loves to run and would need a yard to help get her energy out. Chestnut has met a number of dog savvy kids including one as young as 4 years old. She is very at ease around children enjoying cuddles and head scratches. She's been introduced to cats and does well with supervision. Once she knows and trusts you she is very sweet, obedient and eager to please.  Who wouldn’t be captivated by her beautiful eyes!!
